In preparation for the "Debtors Hearing"- I needed to file the "Abstract Of Judgment"- which entails filing it with the court that issued the judgment against the defendant(s)- after it is filed it then needs to be recorded with the county recorder... Miss Ruby Tuesday- Dancers + Copyrighted Music= YouTube Audio Library!

Dancers are in a "catch 22" on YouTube- "Copyright" music prevents the dancer from showcasing their skills... their videos can /or will be blocked - the music needs to be removed &/or they are not allowed to monetize the video- it would appear music is the enemy of the dancer- fortunately- YouTube has an audio library for those of us- who still want to dance & need to dub over the song we are actually dancing to... as a matter of fact- the YouTube Library has some really good dance music! :-D

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Heading Back To Court Again! 6-3-2019

After learning the defendant (my next door neighbor)- closed her checking account- I have no choice but to once again go to court- fortunately- this time I won't have to prove or disprove anything.. it is called a "Judgment Debtor Hearing" - the defendants will need to appear and allow me to ask them to produce the info I need to try & collect the money that is owed...
