Yes- the Kelly Vs. Crosnoe feud continues- It appears my neighbor is mad that I was able to snag some money from her bank by doing a bank levy- she had her "friend" destroy my solar lighting 3 times in less than 1 week- (I repaired it twice) I had placed the solar lights & safety reflective tape (  the street is on a sharp curve)- on the street sign pole for safety- I did it over 2 years ago... before the legal battles began.

Yes!!!! - it is time to do a lil "Happy Dance"- after 2 yrs in Court against my neighbor- & 6 months of Bank Levies... the Sheriff managed to snag a lil check on my behalf - & it has arrived in the mail... tis a nice drop in the debt bucket! :-D - on a side note: my neighbor is mad- & has employed a "friend" to cause me grief- but fortunately- the security cameras are catching the vandal in the act- -Be thankful this is not your neighbor- Kelly Vs Crosnoe

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Yay! The City Removed A Tree!

It is the 1st week of September- the Sheriff confirms a bank levy & after non - stop complaining to the city about all the trees I scale back monthly & sweep up after-... the city arrived & chopped down one that they own... on the sidewalk.. directly in front of the house of my neighbor. :-D - needless to say -I won't miss it... or having to clean up after it weekly. #NoTreeHugger
