Its all about staging when realtors are selling a house... including the photos that the realtors are posting online- for those who are aware- I live next to the trashiest house on the block...(pack rat/hoarder) & recently the local Rotary Club came to clean up my neighbors front yard (along with disposing of my wood/fence/that my neighbor intentionally destroyed & left laying in her front yard) - During this event- the house across the way was also being sold... the realtor took 27 pics & made certain NOT to show the view of my neighbors house which is directly in front of the house being sold... instead- choosing to show a view of my house... the house just sold for $670,000 - I may be wrong- but I think I deserve a small commission!- seriously- if you (or anyone you know) are considering buying a home online-- be sure to ask the realtor to show you the pics that they clearly are NOT showing you... It is clear my crazy neighbor loves to dig under my fences... this is the 3rd time I will need to replace/ rebuild 75 ft of fencing in less than 3 years!... I had to sue her 3 times & I won all 3 times - (Kelly Vs. Crosnoe-) she also told a bunch of lies claiming I had beat her up & slashed her tires trying to make her "pay me"- which of course I did not do & had to prove!- she is currently pissed that I have a lien on her house due to the previous times she intentionally destroyed my fencing- the police flat out REFUSE to arrest her for lying to get a restraining order & for intentionally destroying my property - so obviously- I need to build a brick wall ASAP- If You Can Donate....
