(Kelly Vs. Davies- 1-6-25 small claims- Crosnoes tenant)
(Crosnoe Vs. Kelley- 1-13-2025 small claims-)
(Kelly Vs Matteson- 1-22-2025 Restraining Order Hearing)
& 5 days after that hearing-
(Kelly Vs Matteson 1-27-2025 Small Claims)
Long story short- 2 down 2 to go...
Matteson is currently trying to get out of the upcoming hearings ...
ironically even though he didn't care about causing me grief & destroying my property on behalf of his good friend (my neighbor) Linda Crosnoe...
he is claiming I am lying about his actions- I've included the footage that shows I'm not the one lying-- good thing I have video proof (evidence) that shows not only did he willfully destroy my property multiple times... but he even brags about the fact he is "destroying my property because he wants to"
I''m hoping its enough evidence to justify my need for the restraining order as well as my need for compensation towards repairing the retaining wall & fence.

Commissioner Julia Snyder Loves To Give Linda Crosnoe Money!
After being forced to reimburse the defendant Linda Crosnoe $1,013.08 when Commissioner Julia Snyder stated I was not entitled to collect "Cost After Judgment" or the 10% Interest after financing Linda Crosnoe for almost 7 years"... I decided to sit in at the upcoming hearing of Crosnoe Vs Baldwin to observe how she would rule in the small claims case in which Crosnoe sued her tenants who she invited to live with her in order to assist her in causing me grief.... once the tenants realized she was asking them to do illegal actions- they declined & then she claimed they were squatters & proceeded to evict them... they contacted me via email & informed me of Crosnoes intentions to which I submitted to Commissioner Snyder back in December 2023 when Commissioner Snyder granted Crosnoe the return of the $1,900 seized by the sheriff on my behalf at the opposition to the claim of exemption. -
Fast forward- I obtained a restraining order against Linda Crosnoe in part due to proof of her actions against me & her solicitation of others to cause me grief... Commissioner Snyder states on record at EVERY nearing that it is "Irrelevant that Crosnoe is still actively destroying my property & committing perjury on court documents" while ruling she would not end that settlement agreement based on Breach of Contract- after proof of non payments & signing it in bad faith.
The tenants asked me to be there for moral support
& be a witness if need be.
I agreed to go even tho 3 weeks prior Commissioner Snyder forced me to give my money that I had to pay the Court & the Sheriff to Crosnoe.... who has NEVER had to pay ANY court fees in the 40 cases she has had due to always being granted a waiver after committing perjury on the waiver form- in the Ventura County Superior Court....
On 7-16-2024 - Crosnoe Vs Baldwin took place & the travesty that transpired along with the bad acting- was anticipated. ... Crosnoe did her usual word for word perjury... & the usual... tears & shaking... playing the victim knowing she was lying....
the tenants - told the truth- that Crosnoe had invited them to live with her in exchange for "help" around the house- there was NO RENTAL CONTRACT, NO RENTAL AGREEMENT in place at any time -They also told Commissioner Snyder that when they declined to cause her neighbor (Kelly) any grief on her behalf that she started demanding they leave.
Commissioner Snyder stated she would "Take everything under submission & you will hear in 2-3 weeks her ruling"
The very next morning it was posted on the Ventura County Superior Court website That Commissoner ruled in favor of Crosnoe for the sum of $6930.96 ...
Obviously- Commissioner Julia Snyder did NOT take ANYTHING under submission upon ruling- there was No Rental Contract in place, No Rental Agreement of any kind, & Crosnoe admitting she let them live there for free.... & she told the consistent lie in EVERY case.... mine included- "Its all "their" fault I could'nt pay my taxes on my property & had to pay a late fee" boohooboohoo -
Commissioner Snyder may award Crosnoe for her perjury & antics in the courtroom... but Karma is definately just waiting to serve the true justice.

Required By Law To Disprove False Allegations!
Tomorrow - is the day I am required by law to disprove the false allegations/ accusations that were made by my neighbor (under penalty of perjury) in order to obtain a restraining order - & claims of "Elder Abuse"-
I hope to not only show I do not deserve the restraining order- but to also convey- the ONLY "elder abuse" that is taking place is this "elder" is abusing the process of the court system.
I'm the 5th person she has drug into that court under the same "crime".
I find it difficult to believe 5 people woke up one morning & just decided to go abuse her.
I'm thinking of bringing popcorn for those who will have to sit through this argument.

The Neighbor Wants To "Make A Deal" To Avoid Court!
Ironically- On "Elder Abuse Awareness Day" (June 15th) it was the scheduled deposition day for my neighbor who got the restraining order against me & filed the phony elder abuse case ... which takes place in the Ventura County Courthouse on June 19th @ 1:30pm (Robin Kelly Vs. Linda Crosnoe) - her newly appointed lawyer contacted my lawyer & presented him with a "Settlement Agreement" - in essence with the offer to "Dismiss all litigation & AVOID going to court" - after reading I realized- it was so "She" can avoid going to court.... - so- I did NOT sign... on the bottom line.... court is in 3 more days...

Ready For Court On 6- 4 -2018 - Robin Kelly Vs Linda Crosnoe
Here is a lil vid to give a Re-Cap of the fence I built & my neighbor destroyed... I sued in Small Claims Court in Simi Valley & "won" - she then filed an "appeal" on the last day possible to file an appeal & now I'm required to "win" again in order for the "win" to be deemed legit... in the court of appeals at Ventura County Courthouse (800 S. Victoria Ave, Ventura California ) on 6-4-2018 @ 9am DIV 20 - I do not understand the concept of being required to "win" twice. - on a side note: today my neighbor filed an "emergency elder abuse restraining order" against me!!!!! - I've never threatened her (other than tell her I was suing her after she destroyed my property) that hearing takes place at 11:30 tomorrow morning- I can't go since I have to work- but luckily- my lawyer will be able to attend & he will hopefully be able to convince the Judge I am not worthy of a restraining order- despite being her neighbor who sued her.
