ok- after a year and a half of court hearings following my filing a simple small claims case "Kelly Vs. Crosnoe" - I learned the reality of the term "Judgement For The Plaintiff" doesn't mean you "won"- it just means you now get to go to many more court hearings... call me an old fashioned fighter- but.... it really was much quicker & easier to just settle my disputes in the ring...

Prepping For Court Again! - Kelly Vs. Crosnoe 3- 4- 2019

It is the eve before Court (again!) - & at this point- I don't care what happens tomorrow in that court room... I am done being manipulated by the neighbor & the court system! - Its been over a year of being REQUIRED to attend court hearings... simply because I did NOT punch my neighbor!- & I've been REQUIRED to prove to 4 Judges in different courthouses that my neighbor committed perjury to obtain that restraining order.... yet- she wasn't REQUIRED to prove anything to get that restraining order!- seriously- had I actually hit her- I would've only spent 2 days in jail - & 1 day in court! - Kelly Vs. Crosnoe (3-4-2019 at 9am Rm 41) Ventura County Superior Courthouse.

Miss Ruby Tuesday- My Neighbor Has Made A Miraculous Recovery!

I've now been stuck in the court system for over a year- solely because my neighbor refuses to tell the truth & is great at postponement courtroom manipulations!- At the last court date (which WAS supposed to be my LAST REQUIRED court date) I watched the drama of the delay tactic 101 of fainting in the courtroom... and- shortly after being wheeled out by the EMTs- it appears the defendant has made a miraculous recovery... good thing- since we are due back in Court on 3-4-2019 (Kelly Vs. Crosnoe 9am Rm 41 Ventura County Superior Courthouse)
