Less than 72 hrs after I finished installing my new fence that my crazy neighbor claims is now 1/2 hers...

is having her "friend" remove her fence so mine is the only one visible....

Miss Ruby Tuesday-My Crazy Neighbor Thinks The New Fence Is Shared!

After my crazy neighbor intentionally destroyed my fence for the 3rd time- I waited 60 days before installing a new one... I wanted a brick wall but it was too expensive so I went with rod iron... it took 10 days to install 73ft- 10 post, 9 panels, 500 pounds of cement plus trying to balance on a 6ft drop... I decided to bring it in 20ft from the property line to make the job easier & to insure it is ONLY on this property....& NOT on the property line itself.- My neighbor did her best to interupt the install & when I finished- I told her she will be trespassing if she gets within 10 ft of the fence as the fence was built solely on this property- she then blurted out- "F**k You- I own 1/2 of that fence - it is a mutual fence... a shared fence"! - - she thinks she has a new fence- but reality is- I built a giant rat cage/pigpen.... to contain her trash & of course to be sure she knows I can see anything she tries to do to this fence. - #KellyVsCrosnoe - http://www.missrubytuesday.com http://www.akamissrubytuesday.blogspot.com

Its now been 60 days since my fence was destroyed by my crazy neighbor... & at this point I have not seen any signs that the neighbor is planning on putting up a new fence- so- It is time for me to build a new one! - I wanted a brick wall- but I cannot afford the $13,000 nor do I want to put it on my credit card & end up paying $20,000 after interest charges.... Trashy People Are Trashy! I'm minding my own business watering my side of the yard- when my crazy neighbor who intentionally destroyed my fence for a 3rd time by digging under it so it would fall... the neighbor who currently is late on her payment to me from the court judgements in my favor for the previous times she destroyed mt prooperty... sneaks up behind me filming me- & intionally picks a fight by putting her trash in my view... I kept pushing back over & just telling her I do NOT want to see her trash.- yes- the only reason I do not hit her is because I know she has mental issues.
