Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Prepping For 7-16- 24 RO Court Hearing

Lots of Chaos still happening next door and the closer it gets to the court date the usual antics are taking place- its clear my next door neighbor (Crosnoe) & her friends are not done causing me grief- they keep pushing boundries & flat out violating the TRO- in hopes of getting me to respond- & are "lying in wait" ... The Restraining Order Hearing against my neighbor is scheduled for Tuesday 7-16-2024 at the Ventura County Superior Court at 2pm in RM 34- Hopefully there will be no more postponements, delays or sudden illnesses. There have been 3 postponements so far.... & my neighbors attorney is now trying to get me to consider "Dissolving the request for the RO against my neighbor &/or agree to another postponement...." Its been 7 years of my having to fend off the actions of my neighbor- 7 years of replacing property damaged by my neighbor & her friends. 7 years of court dates due to having to sue for the damages. 7 years of being required to save "Proof" for the court. 7 years of my being required to save all paperwork. 7 years of prepping for this hearing.... I currently have a TRO- (temporary restraining order) & its been helpful keeping my neighbor from further destroying my property- but then she filed ANOTHER false restraining order against me right after I removed the lien on her house from the last false Elder Abuse Case she filed against me- & now - she wants me to 'make a deal to avoid litigation" Translation: She doesn't want to be put on the witness stand & she doesn't want the Judge to see the videos or see the police reports. I want the hearing to take place- even if the Judge does not grant me the permanent order - I want the opportunity to show the Judge what I've been contending with & have it on record. I want to hold my neighbor accountable- I deserve to get some answers as to WHY my neighbor & her friends all feel they need to harrass me & destroy my fences, my cameras, my lighting -I'm not related to Crosnoe, I'm not in a relationship with her, I do not rent a room from her- I'm just her neighbor & I've never done anything to her. I'm not required to know her - much less deal with her on a daily basis in a negative manner - to the degree it affects my home life, my work life & my finances. Yes- I have my list of Questions ready to go for the moment I put her on the witness stand... Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Karma Pays A Visit!

Yaaaay- Karma paid a lil visit to my neighbor- it was just a lil nudge but it was nice to see it!- this last 7 years in the court system due to her & her friends actions against me has been such a pain in the ass... & its not over yet- I still have another court date on 7-29-2024 (hearing in hopes of turning the Temporary Restraining Order into a Permanent Restraining Order against her & also to show once again my neighbor is falsely accusing me of needing a restraining order.) & I'm currently awaiting the answer on my appeal to Commissioner Snyder in the civil case to vacate the Order she made that I "Reimburse Crosnoe the money the Sheriff legally seized on my behalf" - obviously the civil case is over & I have no intentions of remaining in it another frikken 7 years "paying back MY money that I was awarded that was legally seized by the sheriff" - ... not to mention- my neighbor is once again evicting the current tenants (7-10-2024) who refused to cause me harm & is suing them for $8,000!!!! - That court date is 7-29-2024 (ironically in front of the very same Commisioner who ordered me to reimburse Crosnoe) - & once again she has groomed her newest tenants to assist her in her legal paperwork & "hang out by my fence since she cannot" so yeh- it was nice to see my neighbor got a lil reminder that Karma is on her tail! #KellyVsCrosnoe #NeighborFromHell VenturaCountySuperiorCourt #SimiValleyCourthouse http://www.missrubytuesday.com

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Restraining Order Served!

The next door neighbor from hell got served the TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) & the order to appear on 1-5-2024 (Friday) ... her immediate response was to run to the courthouse 2 days later (Monday) & file a complaint via court order and answer claiming I am falsifying how much money she owes me on the civil case... (she clearly does not comprehend how much money she has cost me aka cost ofter Judgement) - & of course no where in that claim does she inform the court that she was just served a restraining order to prevent her from further destruction of my fence & harrassment by her & her friend John.... oh & she still claims she has "no idea" where defendant # 2 (Remy Hutchins- her grandson) is... I guess she forgot she claimed in the claim of exemption to avoid paying the money seized by the sheriff ... that she "gives $1,400 a month to defendant # 2 for School" - The restraining order hearing is set for 1-17-2024 - I'm hoping to obtain a permanent order- I will appear via zoom due to concern for my safety (last court date on 6-5-2024- Breach Of Contract Hearing) her friend "John" who was served but did not appear... suddenly appeared as I was leaving the courthouse & tried to run me off the road- that video was caught on my dashcam- & also knowing the history of Crosnoe... I'm guessing she will ask for a contiuence- EVERY court case we have encountered- she always gets multiple contiuences... http://www.missrubytuesday.com

Miss Ruby Tuesday Kelly Vs Crosnoe- The Judge Didn't Even Give Me $10 F...

After spending more than 6 years in the Ventura County Court system trying to collect the Judgement from the 3 civil court cases against my neighbor from hell... I thought for sure the case would be ending... on 12-11-2023.... The Sheriff had successfully seized the total amount due to me that would have ended the case... but alas- the neighbor- aka the defendant- who has managed to avoid paying me & is mad that I have a lien on her house... who at the same time is still actively daily destroying my property, having her friend John & her other friends destroy my property &/ or harrass me .... put in for a "claim of exemption" claiming she is a poor ole lady who can't afford to pay off that Judgement.... because all she gets is social security from her dead husband... ( I'm on Social Security too! - yet I gotta pay court fees - while she gets everything for FREE) I was given 10 days to oppose her claim - obtain a hearing & show proof of her lies regarding her finances.- I did all that was required & even pointed out the fact she forgot to mention she rents out rooms at $800 a month- she currently has 4 tenants..... well long story short- the Judge who has been hearing the "collections " aspect from the beginning- who has thrown me out at every hearing ( yes- the same one who refused to end the settlement agreement after I proved Breach Of Contract)- decided to not end the court case & gave back the TOTAL amount seized by the Sheriff to the neighbor & didn't even bother to say "oh heck- since you're getting back almost $2,000 - lets give $10 to the plaintiff so she can go buy a beer." - No- The Judge didn't even take into consideration the 6 years I've been chasing the money- didn't even consider the $140 I was required to spend so the purgery committing defendant could get back her money- The Judge didn't even think I deserved $10 to go buy a beer to cry in. #KellyVsCrosnoe #VenturaCountySuperiorCourt #JusticeFailure missrubytuesday.com
