Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Prepping For 7-16- 24 RO Court Hearing

Lots of Chaos still happening next door and the closer it gets to the court date the usual antics are taking place- its clear my next door neighbor (Crosnoe) & her friends are not done causing me grief- they keep pushing boundries & flat out violating the TRO- in hopes of getting me to respond- & are "lying in wait" ... The Restraining Order Hearing against my neighbor is scheduled for Tuesday 7-16-2024 at the Ventura County Superior Court at 2pm in RM 34- Hopefully there will be no more postponements, delays or sudden illnesses. There have been 3 postponements so far.... & my neighbors attorney is now trying to get me to consider "Dissolving the request for the RO against my neighbor &/or agree to another postponement...." Its been 7 years of my having to fend off the actions of my neighbor- 7 years of replacing property damaged by my neighbor & her friends. 7 years of court dates due to having to sue for the damages. 7 years of being required to save "Proof" for the court. 7 years of my being required to save all paperwork. 7 years of prepping for this hearing.... I currently have a TRO- (temporary restraining order) & its been helpful keeping my neighbor from further destroying my property- but then she filed ANOTHER false restraining order against me right after I removed the lien on her house from the last false Elder Abuse Case she filed against me- & now - she wants me to 'make a deal to avoid litigation" Translation: She doesn't want to be put on the witness stand & she doesn't want the Judge to see the videos or see the police reports. I want the hearing to take place- even if the Judge does not grant me the permanent order - I want the opportunity to show the Judge what I've been contending with & have it on record. I want to hold my neighbor accountable- I deserve to get some answers as to WHY my neighbor & her friends all feel they need to harrass me & destroy my fences, my cameras, my lighting -I'm not related to Crosnoe, I'm not in a relationship with her, I do not rent a room from her- I'm just her neighbor & I've never done anything to her. I'm not required to know her - much less deal with her on a daily basis in a negative manner - to the degree it affects my home life, my work life & my finances. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe Mutual Restraining Order Filed!

Ugh!!!! I'm so tired of being forced into a courtroom due to the actions of my neighbor from hell...- Its been 7 years - 4 cases- of my being REQUIRED to PROVE the actions of my neighbor (destruction of my property multiple times)- and my being forced to DISPROVE the false accusations my neighbor is allowed to just write down on a piece of paper... then being REQUIRED to PROVE once again I deserve to be compensated- then having to prove Breach of Contract... now currently trying to prove I deserve a permanent restraing order against my neighbor to end the non stop harrassment/ destruction of my property & false allegations on court documents to obtain court dates... which is scheduled for 4-29-2024 in the Ventura County Superior Court at 1:30pm- I've had a temporary restraining order in effect since 12-28-23 until the trial part can take place on 4-29-2024... and at the last hearing & request for continuence by Crosnoe on 2-21-2024- The Commissioner stated I needed to exchance "evidence" with her attorney Scott Bentley on or before 3-29-2024.... I of course complied with that order - (I sent him a USB with videos & even a bag of pop corn to snack on ) but Bentley did not... I called him 4 times inquiring where was my court mandated exchange of evidence.. & he never returned my call. I got a call on Thursday 4-18-24 & he stated he was filing a restraining order against me on behalf of Crosnoe... I asked him on what grounds - as clearly I have not even spoken to her in almost 2 years... & his response was you will get that info when you get served! - I call my lawyer (who I just released from the civil case as it is over) & he informed me that the mutual restraining order case will not and can not be heard on the 29th as Bently was required to file it 10 days ago & I am required to be properly served.... I woke up this morning to the notice on the Ventura County Superior Courthouse that an "Ex-Parte" hearing took place yesterday & another hearing is scheduled to be heard on 5-13-2024 regarding Crosnoe seeking a restraining order. Translation: I need to somehow put an end to this insanity- when I get to court on 4-29-2024 I need to convince the Judge to vacate that 5-13-24 hearing &- I need to prove my neighbor needs a permanent restraining order . My neighbor has been the primary aggressor for the last 7 years- & - I've been in defense mode... I've never done anything to my neighbor- not once in these last 7 years of needing to replace my fence 4 times... & being harrassed by her/ her friends / her tenants... & being forced to attend 7 years of court dates & spending $1,000's of dollars.. have I ever retaliated/ nor have I ever hit her.... Its no secret my crazy neighbor LOVES any excuse to be in a courtroom... its no secret she commits perjury just to gain access to a court hearing. its no secret she is legit 5150 (crazy) and- as her neighbor I've been forced to deal with her in the court system for over 6 yrs now... due to her obsession with me & her constant attacks on me & my family... along with her intentional destruction of my property / theft of my property.. and employing/soliciting others to assist her in her attacks on me. The Simi PD refuse to arrest her in spite of the $1,000's she has cost me- always stating it is a "civil matter". - I've endured 6 yrs in the court system - 3 Judges ruled in my favor after I was forced to prove not only what my crazy neighbor & her friends have done- but also the amount of money I had to spend to repair the damages or the legal fees I encountered when I had to disprove the false allegations of assaulting her. - Now I'm required to prove I DESERVE to collect the money that 3 Judges ruled I deserved to collect!- against the 3 defendants (Linda Crosnoe, Remy Hutchins & Kathleen Curtis) - Why am I now laughing???? My crazy neighbor is now DEMANDING that the court force me to REMOVE THAT LIEN on her property that I legally obtained! She put in that demand 2 days after she & her fave circus clown John destroyed my fence in the front yard.! again... the Justice System makes it difficult on the Victim/Plaintiff in the court procedures... & favors the criminal/defendant- in turn forcing the victim/plaintiff to keep filing paperwork, forms & adhere to timelines- Its a full time job dealing with the legal requirements of being victimized by criminals.- & to add insult to injury the victim/plaintiff after jumping through all the hoops of the legal arena- The Judge/Commissioner can still "Deny" the Victim/Plaintiff/Judgement Creditor an explanation as to the decision to refuse to end a contract after breach of contract was proven.- & as the victim/plaintiff/judgement creditor... ugh! summer isn't even over & once again youtube sent me a notice that I am no longer in the youtube partnership due to 'Sexually Gratifying" material. appearantly- youtube does not like men (over 18) who like to view women (over 18) in bikinis! - the same rule does not apply to a person sporting a bikini if they are trans or are doing a drag show for minors. seriously- I'm turning 65 in a few months and I'm not offended that my audience is primarily biological males who enjoy viewing biological females in bikinis. - & I admit- I do not want kids watching my videos- (which is WHY I post "18 & over" on any bikini or Burly Q video) but dang... why is it deemed wrong for adults to be watching??? or for that matter- WHY is it deemed inappropriate for a being a woman wearing a bikini??? OMG- seriously- Linda Crosnoe can't tell the truth if her life depended on it! She clearly missed her calling as a fictional book writer!- Good thing the Ventura County Superior Court allows her to submit random fictional declarations of elder abuse as well as fictional excuses to delay the hearings she demands. We just had a hearing at the Simi Valley Courthouse- in which I proved Breach Of Contract - yet the Commissioner refused to end the settlement agreement as well as denied me the right to collect the full remaining balance owed & insisted the defendant could just make up the missing 5 payments if $250 was made by the 10th of June. - I left the court room disappointed that the court did not honor the terms of their own contract that they created. - I filed a "Order & Answer" requesting a written judgement (reasons for decision not to end the contract after proof of breach) I also asked for a motion of reconsideration & a sanction for the witnesses (John & Victor the defendants friends who aide in destroying my property on behalf of the defendant and didn't show up in court after being properly served) - The order & answer was directed to the commissioner- yet - the defendant chose to submit a declaration filled with false accusations regarding me (worded similar to when she falsely accused me of elder abuse) & the defendant feels she should no longer have to pay me - since there are "2 other defendants"- her grandson (Remy Hutchins) & her ex tenant. (Kathleen Curtis) - & "She Demands A Hearing" amazingly she forgets the other defendants are defendants due to her forcing them to lie in court as well. - she also seems to not comprehend- it is her name on that contract.- yes i can collect from the other defendants- but- it is her lies & intentional destruction of my property multiple times that caused these court cases.- I personally refuse to finance Linda Crosnoe's remaining debt to me- I will ONLY accept the full remaining balance owed- If the courts refuses to honor the terms of the contract- then thats their choice- but I also have a choice to wait until her house sells to collect the balance owed- I'm choosing to abide by the terms of the contract I signed- I personally have terminated the contract- as was my right - & there is no law that states I'm required to communicate with the defendant- so- my goal is to keep ignoring my crazy neighbor & just keep tabs of her & her friends actions against me. As fate would have it- On 6-5-2023 after I got out of the Simi Valley Courthouse... against my neighbor & her helper/employee (John) who intentionally destroyed part of my retaining wall... who states on camera "I'm doing it because I want to" & who I had served a subpoena to- for an "Order To Appear- & who tried to dodge being served- & who- of course did not appear... just happen to be pulling out of a driveway (I noted his Blue Silverado truck & his plate 6Y29611 ... as I was in traffic. My dash cam filmed his riding my bumper, then erractically pulling up along side me blowing his horn... I ignored him- then he pulls in front slamming on his brakes... I stayed back as I needed to continue in that lane... he then peeled off - jumped over 2 lanes from the right hand turn & ran a red light. I then proceeded to my destination. This is a tale of caution to any person considering signing a Settlement Agreement in the Court House with the Criminal/Defendant.... As the Victim/Plaintiff I've now been forced to be in the Court System for over 6 yrs... due to the actions of my Neighbor From Hell... Do not believe the mediators who are assigned to convince you to enter into a settlement agreement that if "the defendant is late on payments or misses any payments that the plaintiff can terminate the contract & collect the remaining balance in full" In spite of proving Breach Of Contract... the Judge has refused to allow me to end the dance with the neighbor from hell... & has insisted I "finance her another 3 yrs!!!!" - I am NOT a bank & there is no law that requires me to continue communication with my evil neighbor who owes me money. Currently prepping for Court on Monday morning (6-5-2023 9am) at the East County Courthouse in Simi Valley.... After my neighbor was granted the delay of the 5-1-2023 Breach Of Contract Hearing for the "surgery" she needed... I've had the opportunity to get more prepared for our hearing- & of course my cost.... will be added. a new tenant is moving in today at the Crosnoe Circus... so maybe that means she can pay off that debt. My goal on Monday is to show the Judge that my request to end that Settlement Agreement is valid. - & qualifies for termination. I've endured 3 yrs of Late Payments, No Payments, Continued Acts Of Harrassment, Continued Destruction Of My Property, Her Soliciting Others To Harrass Me... and... she also recently- committed perjury to file another false Elder Abuse case against her tenant David Alexander who I needed to help while he was drug through the court system for over 6 months due to her false allegations...which was dismissed.- (he too will be suing her) Seriously- I need to convince the Judge to release me from being required to be involved with my crazy neighbor on ANY level. - Its been over 6 yrs- 3 court cases- I prevailed in all 3... there is NO legitimate reason for me to be forced to deal with Ms Crosnoe on a daily basis- I'm not her tenant, I'm not her relative & I'm not in a relationship with her- I am just her neighbor- yet here I am begging the courts to release me from the daily torture. Arrrrrgh! as anticipated & predicted ... at the last hour before the court date of 5-1-2023 in the Simi Valley Courthouse... my crazy pathological liar of a neighbor ... aka the queen of delay, postpone, continuence, arrival in a wheel chair, fake fainting defendant.... needs a postponement due to her "emergency" fake surgery she needs to have- I swear every court date we have had she needs the same frikken surgery!- Oh & to top it off- she even forged the name of the so called person who mailed me (didn't mail me) the request- she wrote in the name of the son of her last tenant (Terri- the one who lied for her about David Alexander) - & even though I never got that notice- luckily I learned via the courthouse website- fortunately I learned in time to notify the witnesses not to go to court on 5-1-2023.... & that the court date had been changed- yeh- my neighbor is a scam artist. - she is just buying time... Thats ok- I may be required to wait- but- I will be there on 6-5-2023 at 9am Rm S1 Simi Valley Courthouse - & I'm guessing that will be the court date the court gets a call stating she isn't able to attend because she is "sick"... Its been quite the headache for David Alexander who made the mistake of renting a room at the Crosnoe Circus- In October 2022- when the Circus Tent had sold to an investor- Clown Linda chose to falsely accuse David of Elder Abuse - (rather than pay to file for an eviction) he is the 8th person she has accused of Elder Abuse- (I was number 7) he has had multiple court dates at the Ventura County Superior Courthouse.... Back in Febuary- the Judge ordered Ms Crosnoe to give him his property - when the date arrived for David to pick it up- she & her friend (Clown John) purposedly threw his belongings in the back yard with all her trash... & when David arrived at the designated time & date he was not able to get to it due to having parkinsons, edema & feet that can barely walk.... much less through heeps of trash- He returned to court & stated he had not been able to get his property- A new Judge has been assigned to Courtroom 32 & that Judge ordered Ms Crosnoe to have his stuff on the front sidewalk at noon on 4-8-2023 & then informed Ms Crosnoe that David would be arriving with a police escort (for HIS safety).- Watch as David gets his stuff & clowns Linda & John put on a show for the nighbors by trying to pretend this was something they "demanded" hahahahah - - Yes!- David had a reason to smile this Easter!- personally I'm happy to see David got his stuff...- and the police assisted :-D - his return date to Ventura County Superior Court is 4-17-2023 - Hopefully- he can dispute the false Elder Abuse charge.- no matter what happens at that court date... he can definately sue Ms Crosnoe & her so called "witnesses" - On a side note: I too... got a tiny tinge of glee- in spite of our upcoming court date in the Simi Valley Court House of 5-1-2023 - the Crosnoe Circus is currently having plumbing issues due to that tree in the front yard- yep!- the same tree that flooded out this house when the roots got into our pipes 6 yrs ago.
