Once again I need to cough up some cash to prep for the upcoming court date ...

I think it will be money well spent... the goal is to be done with this headache that I have endured during the entire year of 2018... my neighbor just flat out refuses to accept responsibility for all the grief she has caused me... and all the money I have been forced to spend to prove the crimes she committed... (destroying my property- a fence that I built) & then having to spend some serious cash to disprove the false accusations that she stated on a declaration to obtain a restraining order - which I had to entail for 8 weeks until the Judge could see I did not deserve the restraining order.- I then had to sue- & yes- once again because I won- my neighbor filed an appeal to drag out this headache.  I do hope the money I am currently spending to end this ordeal is not in vain... but I won't know that until January 7th 2019.

As fate would have it... while doing some research for the upcoming court date of 1- 7- 2019 Kelly Vs. Crosnoe - who recently filed for another appeal in the Ventura County Courthouse - after she & her grandson intentionally destroyed my fence... I sued- I won- she then filed a false elder abuse claim in order to get a restraining order against me... which I had to disprove all the false allegations... I then sued for her for perjury/  restitution / lawyer fees etc... & won... she then filed for another appeal- while prepping for the new trial- I discovered something new...

It has been a year now... & the caller  @ 559-790-5674 who goes by "Tristan" is still contacting me...

The police have been watching the activity... my phone company is helping ...  but- the manager at the Simi Valley Sprint Location (Eric Bernstein) refused  to contact customer care to report the negative source - Sprint is the phone company that the phone number belongs to... they alone have the power to shut down the activity.... fortunately my lawyer has the ability to obtain a subpoena... 

My Neighbor Filed An Appeal Again! (Kelly Vs. Crosnoe 1-7-2019)

Ugh!!!!!! - yes-  I'm disappointed but not surprised! - My next door neighbor has once again filed for an appeal a "Trial De Novo"- She insist on starting off 2019 in the courtroom...- she drug me through the court system during all of 2018 because she flat out refuses to accept that she was wrong to destroy my personal property & wrong to tell a bunch of lies claiming elder abuse in order to get a restraining order against me.... first she forced me to show all the video evidence of her & her grandson intentionally destroying a fence I built to hide all their trash - then she forced me to disprove all the false allegations... - she belongs in jail.... but she pretends to be a sweet naïve little old lady & the court system waives ALL her court fees.  She qualifies as a vexatious litigant- but in order for her to be deemed one- (She is devious & manipulative- & is dragging me into court without merit & for the sole purpose of annoying me & harassing me further.)  I will have to file a separate motion to have her declared a vexatious litigant.... but- in the meantime- I am now REQUIRED to once again appear in a court room to the amusement of Ms. Linda Crosnoe & her grandson Remy - Be thankful she is not your neighbor! - (Kelly Vs.
