Fending Off The Flying Monkeys At The Crosnoe Circus

It has now been a week since the last court hearing in which Commissioner Julia Snyder ordered me to reimburse the neighbor from hell- defendant Linda Crosnoe $1013.08 - stating "I was not entitled to Cost after Judgment Fees or the 10% Interest after 7 years " & then threatened me with "contempt of court" if I said another word by trying to prove the mistakes made in the courtroom- & refused to let me show evidence of those mistakes- would not even allow me to submit evidence that I was told to bring- I saw the evil neighbor was laughing- as Commissioner Julia Snyder berated me, belittled me- so I threw $873.00 cash at her & walked out of the courtroom- without saying good-bye rather than risk being held in contempt for talking.- I mailed the remainder of money to the Ventura Superior Court so they can give it to Crosnoe. - & document it has been paid & "Kelly Vs Crosnoe" small claims case 2018-00515291 SC is over. - I "won".... $1,650.00- spent 7 yrs in court - almost $3,000 in court fees, sheriff fees trying to collect the Judgment & had to replace another fence $1,700.00 - because the defendant was mad I had a lien on her house... & then had to pay the defendant $1,013.08 before I could end the small claims case.... #Winning The lien I had on Crosnoes property is removed... The money Commissioner Julia Snyder claimed I was not entitled to has been paid- There is no legitimate reason my evil neighbor should still be having her flying monkeys harrass me- yet- her favorite flying monkey John Matteson & her current tenants in the back unit (Kim & the kid Adam) are teaming up to harrass me... they've even got a few new flying monkeys to harrass me online (YouTube, Facebook, X)- basically violating the 3rd party clause on the NO CONTACT restraining order intentionally. Aside from holding Linda Crosnoe accountable in 4 court cases for her actions against me, my family & my property- I have never done anything to the clowns or the various flying monkeys who appear on behalf of my evil neighbor- obviously the Crosnoe Circus Evil Clowns & The Flying Monkeys are all scumbags who enjoy causing grief to others for their personal entertainment. #UglySouls YES- I believe in Karma & Good Vs. Miss Ruby Tuesday-Crosnoe Vs Alexander- David Snags His Property With Th...

Its been quite the headache for David Alexander who made the mistake of renting a room at the Crosnoe Circus- In October 2022- when the Circus Tent had sold to an investor- Clown Linda chose to falsely accuse David of Elder Abuse - (rather than pay to file for an eviction) he is the 8th person she has accused of Elder Abuse- (I was number 7) he has had multiple court dates at the Ventura County Superior Courthouse.... Back in Febuary- the Judge ordered Ms Crosnoe to give him his property - when the date arrived for David to pick it up- she & her friend (Clown John) purposedly threw his belongings in the back yard with all her trash... & when David arrived at the designated time & date he was not able to get to it due to having parkinsons, edema & feet that can barely walk.... much less through heeps of trash- He returned to court & stated he had not been able to get his property- A new Judge has been assigned to Courtroom 32 & that Judge ordered Ms Crosnoe to have his stuff on the front sidewalk at noon on 4-8-2023 & then informed Ms Crosnoe that David would be arriving with a police escort (for HIS safety).- Watch as David gets his stuff & clowns Linda & John put on a show for the nighbors by trying to pretend this was something they "demanded" hahahahah - - Yes!- David had a reason to smile this Easter!- personally I'm happy to see David got his stuff...- and the police assisted :-D - his return date to Ventura County Superior Court is 4-17-2023 - Hopefully- he can dispute the false Elder Abuse charge.- no matter what happens at that court date... he can definately sue Ms Crosnoe & her so called "witnesses" - On a side note: I too... got a tiny tinge of glee- in spite of our upcoming court date in the Simi Valley Court House of 5-1-2023 - the Crosnoe Circus is currently having plumbing issues due to that tree in the front yard- yep!- the same tree that flooded out this house when the roots got into our pipes 6 yrs ago. Some clowns are funny- they love to entertain you & they put a smile on your face... some clowns are evil... & they intentionally torture you for THEIR entertainment. Yes the clowns at the Crosnoe Circus are evil clowns- its clear their only purpose in this world is to cause others grief. On a side note: The Crosnoe Circus Tent is currently for sale again... I'm hoping this time it sells and the evil clowns pack up & leave town! If a realtor or anyone finds a buyer for that $650,000 overpriced tent & the clowns leave... I will pay $100 finder fee to the person who finds the buyer! Its offcial now that the Crosnoe Circus is off the market ... the Ad is posted- "Efficiency Rooms For Rent" - Be warned- DO NOT RENT A ROOM AT THE CROSNOE CIRCUS!- yes- The Clowns are renting out rooms again... Do yourself a favor when considering renting a room from anyone... run a check on them at the local county courthouse- under "Civil, Small Claims & Criminal" all you need is their name to learn whether or not you want to risk living at that location. - Landlords run a check on you.... but for some reason prospective tenants do not think to run a check on the landlord... Ms. Crosnoe is due in Court tomorrow 2-6-2023 (again) for lying to get a restraining order under the guise of Elder Abuse (this is her 8th elder abuse claim) this one is against her last tenant David Alexander- who clearly is the one being abused... #Kelly VsCrosnoe #CrosnoeCircus #neighborfromhell

According to Google... the Crosnoe Circus Tent is currently "Off Market" - once again- I'm reminded- its a good thing I don't count my chickens before they hatch! That being said.... I haven't given up faith that eventually I will see the circus clowns move to another area...but obviously- with the current legal situation that Ms. Crosnoe created when she lied about her tenant David Alexander in order to get a phoney elder abuse restraining order...
