OK- so- the Kelly Vs. Crosnoe Debtor Hearing took place on Monday (11-18-2019)... in a nutshell- as an ex- wrestler- it was all I could do not to suggest we take this hearing out to the parking lot & not even include the Judge in the outcome... - but on the bright side- It is over with & I'm thankful for no more court dates in 2019!!!! - yay!!!!!-  just in time to enjoy My Birthday/Thanksgiving/ Christmas & NYE 2020 :-D  - Question is... Tis the weekend prior to the upcoming debtor hearing with my neighbor - so- needless to say- as I'm prepping the paperwork- the ex tenant & the current tenant both sent me messages on my Facebook page... - I will say- I'm not used to people attacking me... simply because- someone they know... owes me money & refuses to honor the ruling of the Judge.-  Hopefully my neighbor will agree to do a monthly payment plan at the hearing! - Kelly Vs. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs. Crosnoe- I Had To Call The Police On My Nei...

Well once again... I had to call the police on my neighbor... she willfully backed up over my sidewalk twice & ran over my plants- almost hitting my car.... the next day her tenants willfully backed over my trashcan... & I received a nasty message on Facebook from an ex- tenant who was evicted after my neighbor was alerted via the sheriff of the 3rd party levy... this non stop daily harassment simply because my neighbor owes me money needs to stop!- The debtor hearing takes place in less than 72 hours... - Hopefully- someone can convey to my neighbor that willingness to do a monthly payment plan would be beneficial to her & her tenants.  Kelly Vs. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe - "Misty You've Been Served"

After 3 attempts of sending the sheriff to serve a 3rd party levy- to the tenant(s) of my neighbor- &- then being  contacted on YouTube by "Misty" stating I'm "just a cracked out/drunk/ bored ex stripper who gives crappy haircuts who needs to get back on that pole &  leave that poor sweet old lady alone" - I decided to send her an invite via subpoena to appear at the upcoming debtor hearing so she can give moral support to her friend in person & perhaps answer why she feels she needs to harass me because her friend owes me money... but more importantly why is she lying about being a tenant???

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Response To "Mega Sore Ass"

After seizing some money via Bank Levy- from the checking account of my neighbor- & after busting the kid who destroyed the lighting on the pole 3 times... then busting my neighbor who was trying to dismantle my NEW light & pole that is on MY lawn.... & seeing "Misty" the current tenant scope out the same lighting on security cameras... AFTER she left me a rude comment here on YouTube... & then deleted it... (Luckily- I snagged a screen shot) - I noted that I also got a few rude comments from "Mega Sore Ass" (which I also did a screenshot of) before he deleted them... My guess is "Mega Sore Ass" is either the kid I busted... or "Derek" (friend of Misty & current tenant next door) - This is my response to his comments & yes- This will be given to the Judge (along with the videos of her & her friends harassing me & willfully destroying my property) at the next debtor hearing against my neighbor to show she & her "friends are harassing me & causing me grief non stop simply due to the fact that my neighbor Ms. Crosnoe doesn't like the fact she owes me money- can you imagine if the electric company & the phone company had to put up with this crap??? - seriously- nothing prevents her "friends" or her- from starting a "Go Fund Me" page or throw that debt on a credit card & end the nonsense!-- next court date is on 11-18-2019- Kelly Vs. Miss Ruby Tuesday-Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Heading Back To Court 11- 18- 2019

Ok- it has now been a year since the Judge ruled in my favor in the case against my neighbor- her grandson & the tenant at the time-  who all committed perjury to get a restraining order- claiming "elder abuse"-  my neighbor clearly has no intentions of honoring that ruling & paying the amount awarded- she has employed people to cause me grief because she is mad that I prevailed in that court room.- she has them convinced- she is a "victim"- of MY actions against her- rather than just tell them the truth- that she caused the court battle due to HER actions against me.- I might point out- nothing prevents her "friends" (who truly believe she is a victim) from starting a go fund me page on her behalf- &/or just pay off her debt at the local sheriff's office to end the legal battle my neighbor created.- the reality is- my neighbor does not want to end the legal battle-  We  go back to court for the "appearance & examination of assets order"  next month  - - Kelly Vs Crosnoe 11-18-2019 @9am Simi Valley, Courthouse
