Have you ever heard the term "Look for the loophole"??? - Well- when it comes to Court cases sometimes you need to look for a "Legal Loophole"
I tried to end the settlement agreement with my crazy neighbor- by proving Breach of Contract - unfortunately- the Commissioner refused to end it & told the defendant she only needed to make up the last 5 payments... I then put in a request for reasons of the decision NOT to end the contract after proof of Breach of Contract- & the commissioner denied me the right to know the reason... I then put in another request - once again it was "Denied". - my crazy neighbor then put in a request demanding the Court force me to remove the lien on her property 2 days after she destroyed my front yard fence... fortunately that was "Denied" as I obtained that lien legally- I contacted my lawyer & he explained to me that I needed to look for a legal loophole as there was no reason for me (the Plaintiff & Judgement Creditor) to have to prove I deserve a right to collect my Judgement- ... so- did some research
& yes- there was/is a Legal Loophole! - & in my case... it is called the "Joint/Several Defendant Rule" :-D #KellyVsCrosnoe #neighborfromhell

Miss Ruby Tuesday-Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Breach Of Contract- Complaint To Jud...
again... the Justice System makes it difficult on the Victim/Plaintiff in the court procedures... & favors the criminal/defendant- in turn forcing the victim/plaintiff to keep filing paperwork, forms & adhere to timelines- Its a full time job dealing with the legal requirements of being victimized by criminals.- & to add insult to injury the victim/plaintiff after jumping through all the hoops of the legal arena- The Judge/Commissioner can still "Deny" the Victim/Plaintiff/Judgement Creditor an explanation as to the decision to refuse to end a contract after breach of contract was proven.- & as the victim/plaintiff/judgement creditor... I am now required to file even more paper work /forms aka- the complaints to the Judiciary Committee & the Grand Jury. - Ugh- its become obvious as I enter the 7th year of being stuck in the court system against my crazy neighbor- that this headache isn't going away anytime soon. I pity anyone who gets stuck the court system for being a victim. - seriously- the minute you realize your the victim of a crime- you will be singing the "awwwh crap- you committed a crime against me & now I'm stuck in the court system for the next 10 yrs!" song... #MeanPeopleSuck #KellyVsCrosnoe #NeighborFromHell #VenturaCountySuperiorCourt #SimiValleyCourthouse

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe-Breach Of Contract- Judge Denies Cro...
I cannot stress enough- If you are a plaintiff in a civil case- do NOT let the Judge or the Court Mediators convince you to enter into a settlement agreement with the defendant- the court will not honor its own contract it convinced you to enter into... even when you can prove Breach Of Contract- & more importantly- if you challenge/question that decision - it will just anger the Judge/Commissioner- I got thrown out of the court room when i asked WHY the commissioner would not end the settlement agreement.... I then put in a request via 'Court Order And Answer" for "reasons statement"- & requested a motion for reconsideration- upon learning of my request- the Defendant put in a false declaration claiming I assaulted her & she demanded a hearing asking that the other 2 defendants pay the balance- - well.... its no surprise the commissioner denied me my request for reasons pertaining to not ending that settlement agreement- as well as that motion for reconsideration- but on the bright side- the commissioner also denied the defendant a hearing based on the submitted declaration. - I now need to submit another "request for court order" seeking reasons for decision- if that is also denied- then I will need to submit a complaint to the judicary committee. - seriously DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY CONTRACT WITH THE DEFENDANT- its now been 6 yrs that I've been forced to deal with the defendant.- its like I'm being punished for being the victim of the defendants actions...

Miss Ruby Tuesday-Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Linda Crosnoe Submits False Declarat...
OMG- seriously- Linda Crosnoe can't tell the truth if her life depended on it!
She clearly missed her calling as a fictional book writer!- Good thing the Ventura County Superior Court allows her to submit random fictional declarations of elder abuse as well as fictional excuses to delay the hearings she demands.
We just had a hearing at the Simi Valley Courthouse- in which I proved Breach Of Contract - yet the Commissioner refused to end the settlement agreement as well as denied me the right to collect the full remaining balance owed & insisted the defendant could just make up the missing 5 payments if $250 was made by the 10th of June. - I left the court room disappointed that the court did not honor the terms of their own contract that they created. - I filed a "Order & Answer" requesting a written judgement (reasons for decision not to end the contract after proof of breach) I also asked for a motion of reconsideration & a sanction for the witnesses (John & Victor the defendants friends who aide in destroying my property on behalf of the defendant and didn't show up in court after being properly served) - The order & answer was directed to the commissioner- yet - the defendant chose to submit a declaration filled with false accusations regarding me (worded similar to when she falsely accused me of elder abuse) & the defendant feels she should no longer have to pay me - since there are "2 other defendants"- her grandson (Remy Hutchins) & her ex tenant. (Kathleen Curtis) - & "She Demands A Hearing" amazingly she forgets the other defendants are defendants due to her forcing them to lie in court as well. - she also seems to not comprehend- it is her name on that contract.- yes i can collect from the other defendants- but- it is her lies & intentional destruction of my property multiple times that caused these court cases.- I personally refuse to finance Linda Crosnoe's remaining debt to me- I will ONLY accept the full remaining balance owed- If the courts refuses to honor the terms of the contract- then thats their choice- but I also have a choice to wait until her house sells to collect the balance owed- I'm choosing to abide by the terms of the contract I signed- I personally have terminated the contract- as was my right - & there is no law that states I'm required to communicate with the defendant- so- my goal is to keep ignoring my crazy neighbor & just keep tabs of her & her friends actions against me.
(as I write this Linda & "John"are currently messing with my fence again!)
On 6-23-2023 The Commissioner "Denied" my request for reasons for decision to not end the settlement agreement- along with request for reconsideration as well as the defendants demand for another hearing-
I am now required to submit another order and answer RE: Request for Reasons.... regarding decision to not end the settlement agreement.
