Crosnoe Circus Clowns Violate Restraining Orders But Don't Get In Trouble!

On 9-18-2025 the Crosnoe Circus Clowns resumed their attacks on me & my property in clear violation of the restraining orders that are in place - I called the SVPD to enforce the restraining orders that are clearly hand written by the Judge pertaining to the 'no contact with the fence & must stay 10 inches away" - The SVPD officers went to talk to Crosnoe & Matteson- listened to the lies spewing from Crosnoe- then told her "its been a pleasure"- came back to my house & told me- "you need to go back to court- to clairfy where the 10 inches begins"!!!! (typical male- doesn't know how to measure 10 inches- hahhaaa) then Matteson resumed hammering more post into my property where the utility line runs... while whistling and laughing- obviously his wife & adult kids (Trevor & Hannah) have no issue with their Dad needing a restraining order issued by a woman who lives a block away- next door to his "employer" Linda Crosnoe - the woman who he clearly has taken a personal interest in -who he stalks, took a knife to her car, tried to run her off the road & habitually, obsessively destroys her property.... its amazing that the wife of John Matteson doesn't even question why he works for Linda Crosnoe when clearly as a result of that so called employment (she claims she pays him minimum wage) they BOTH have restraining orders as a result of their actions.... against me. The hearing demanded by my neighbor Linda Crosnoe & her BFF partner in crime John Matteson to modify &/or remove their restraining orders took place on 4-23-2025... I appeared via ZOOM- and as anticipated Crosnoe & Matteson tried to get a delay- (as usual) & insisted they wanted the case to be heard by a Judge- I of course was required to change ZOOM channels to the new courtroom as it was switched to the Judge who modified my restraining order against Crosnoe to include her friends & tenants- the minute I saw Crosnoe & Matteson approach the table & Crosnoe was using a walker- & claiming she "had emergency surgery 10 days earlier" I knew she was resorting to her "fake medical issue" for sympathy- (the eve before the hearing Crosnoe was observed getting out of her car with no problems & bragging to her good friend that "I got a few suprises for that Bitch tomorrow") Crosnoe did not have me served- (as required) so I did not know exactly what defense I needed but I knew I did not want a continuence- (which she always wants) The Judge confirmed there was no proof of service after Crosnoe lied & said she had the Sheriff do it- so I told the Judge I waived my right to the continuence & since we are all here just let me know what is on the table.... Matteson then tried to claim I was harrassing him by calling him (I called in response to the fact he appealed the Judgment awarded to me & demanded I bring receipts to the trial de Novo - it was the number listed at the top of the page that states "If you have any questions on what to bring" - his wife answered the phone & told me to call his cell phone- I did & left the message "I got the notice to appear & will have the receipts"- then hung up) - naturally Matteson "could not find the message on his phone".- to play for the Judge. to my personal amusement- Crosnoe claimed "SHE installed the retaining wall in 1980 (she aquired the house in June 1992) - & she didn't want it anymore which is why she is removing it" -it was at that point I believe everyone in the room rolled their eyes and refrained from laughing (self included) & realized - no way in heck did Crosnoe dig 120ft by 3ft down in the ground to install 3 rows of cinderblock then add the additional 5 ft, 4ft, 3 ft, 2ft to the sidewalk & then add the wooden fence & not know the property lines!- (This house is on a hill-- it had matching retaining walls- the left side is still fully intact - the houses below DO NOT INSTALL THE RETAINING WALLS) - the property lines are clear- her line- the boundry/easment line & this property line- & this last fence I installed is 10 inches past the property line due to her destroying 3 previous fences- I also informed the Judge that Matteson is not a licensed Contractor- and does not know property lines, utility lines - nor does he have a permit to dig up my retaining wall.... nor did he have a permit to take a knife to my freshly painted car.... the end result? the restraining orders remain fully intact ... but... they CAN get a lil closer to the fence... to do yard work- (which has only been done by the rotary club, local churches & community clean up crews for the last 20 some odd years!) - but they still can't touch it or the retaining wall, nor can they dig under it, destroy, vandalize or let anyone else do so on their behalf. I personally feel like its waving steak in front of a hungry dog... oh & no surprise- when the neighbor & her friend came home from court- she no longer needed that walker. The "Trial De Novo" appeal filed by the defendant/criminal John Matteson (friend of my neighbor Linda Crosnoe) to dispute the $2,565.00 Judgment awarded to me for his intentional vandalism/destruction of my property took place on 4-7-2025 .... unfortantely I was not able to attend as I had no transportation... I've been required to attend monthly court dates for the last 7 years due to my neighbor - not once missing a court date- not once being late- & NEVER asking for a continuence, delay or postponement.... Restraining Orders don't prevent the restrained party from further victimizing their victims by using the court system itself to continue to cause intentional grief to the party who needs protection .... I've been stuck in the court system for over 7 yrs & I haven't done anything to anybody- but- because I am the VICTIM of someone elses actions- I have been REQUIRED to prove again & again to multiple Judges in multiple courtrooms & courthouses that my neighbor & her friends have willfully, maliciously harrassed me, my family, my property- costing me $$$$$'s I sue, I prevail, appeals are filed, I prevail, false elder abuse case is filed, I prevail, I sue again due to all the money I've been required to spend proving I'm a victim... I prevail, more appeals filed- more continuences, fake fainting in the courtroom etc... more continuences, I prevail, I put a lien on the property of Crosnoe- she gets mad and has her friends further destroy my property- the police tell me to get a restraining order- I prevail- I obtain the restraining orders- against her & her friend John Matteson & I sue Matteson for taking a knife to my freshly painted car, destroying my retaining wall on behalf of my neighbor Linda Crosnoe- & trying to run me off the road after the court hearing on 6-5-23 - I prevail... He files an appeal- that date is 4-7-25 @8:30am in the Ventura Superior Court- in essence requiring me to prove it again & then he filed an appeal on the restraining order... then 2 days later he & Crosnoe both filed to "terminate" the existing Restraining Orders... that hearing is taking place 4-23-25 forcing me to once again PROVE I need the protection to stay in place!- My neighbor is a Vexatious Litigant & since she, her friends and all the other criminals & scumbags get EVERYTHING for free in the court system- they have no issues making everyone jump through hoops for their entertainment . its painfully obvious my neighbor & her friends spend every waking moment focused on causing me grief & then relish in the grief they cause... & they really enjoy the fact they can use the court system for free.... I need to find a way to get out of the court system since I've NEVER done anything to deserve being forced to appear before Judges on a monthly basis .... I chose to hold my neighbor accountable for destroying my fences, my cameras, my lighting etc... & claiming I punched her.... & using her friends to harrass me & further destroy my property- Clearly had I known I would be stuck in the court system for over 7 yrs due to being a victim - I would've just replaced my fencing, lighting, cameras -etc & allowed her friends to terrorize me on her behalf & just accepted the fact that my next door neighbor "is just a sweet lil ole lady with a few mental issues" & not try to hold her accountable for her malicious actions. whew!-- yesterday in court was filled with a few surprises...- I prepped all weekend for the Modification of the Restraining Order Hearing ... I was aware there would be a new Commisioner in RM34 as there was a "Changing of the Guards" so to speak & I wanted to be certain to have all paperwork/ videos/pictures that may be needed to assist the new Commissioner .... as I walk in to the Court the 1st thing I see is Crosnoe & Matteson getting on the elevator- Currently, I have restraining orders against both- & I knew as soon as I saw Crosnoe (the queen of "I need a continuence" would no doubt seek one) & her friend Matteson was with her to intimidate me.... After 7 years of court dates with Crosnoe I thought I had seen EVERY trick/excuse in the book for her "I need a continuence" song- she ALWAYS sings that song at every court hearing & its followed with "I have Evidence" & "Witnesses" (She has NEVER had any evidence against me- as I have NEVER done anything to her or her property- but she does have friends who will lie for her ) - I walkied into the courtroom to check in & right off the bat the Bailiff tells me the defendant rufuses to be heard by the Commissioner & demands the modification hearing be in front of a Judge- I asked if the hearing would still take place today & he said yes- but you will need to go to a different courtroom.... so we were all shuffled off to room 33 (I didn't get to meet the Commissioner)- After about an hour of my looking over my documents The Judge called Kelly Vs Crosnoe & stated she would need to take a lil 15 minute recess to aquaint herself with the case.... she comes back & calls us up & BAM- Crosnoe says "she needs a continuence cause she wants a JURY Trial" - It was all I could do not to blurt out - "Damn I thought I had seen every excuse in the book for you" - instead I just took a deep breath & expressed to the Judge "I did not believe 12 people were needed to determine if one extra sentence should be added to the existing Restraining Order" & I have any evidence that may be needed to support my request- she asked Crosnoe if she had any evidence to dispute my request that she not be allowed to use her friends and tenants to further harrass me & damage my property.... she responded with - I need a continuence to bring in my witnesses & put pictures on a USB- (I had over 120 physical pictures printed at Wal-Mart with me & 90 minutes of videos on USB) Fortunately- NO continuence was granted, No Jury was required & the Judge GRANTED my request to add "Language to clarify the terms of the Restraining Order to better assist the police" - in short Crosnoe is not allowed to use 3rd parties to harrass me & my family... not allowed to use 3rd parties to destroy my property/ my fence/ my retaining wall & not allowed to ALLOW her friends, tenants to shine lights into my security cams, disable my alarms... & all the original terms of the RO remain in effect- "Stay Away From The Fence" Hopefully- My Neighbor will find a way to focus on something else in her life rather than her constant desire to attack me.... & convince her friends to attack me- I'm not related to her, I'm not in a relationship with her- I do not rent a room from her- there is NO reason I should be required to fend off her attacks- much less in courtrooms on a monthly basis for the last 7 years.- On the bright side- NO MORE COURT DATES FOR 2024!!!! :-D #NeighborFromHell #WorseNeighborEVER #KellyVsCrosnoe, #VenturaSuperiorCourt #RestrainingOrder

Matteson was served the TRO on 11-22-24 & Matteson appeared at the scheduled hearing of Kelly Vs Matteson 12-06-24 ... & as anticipated sang the "I need a continuence (boohoo) I'm not ready to be held accountable for my actions (boohoo) I need time to find a lawyer who can justify my actions against Ms. Kelly (boohoo)" song.... I was tempted to ask the Commissioner to give him all the time he needs provided the TRO gets extended as well- since I already know- even tho the defendant is entitled to 1 continuence - the defendant will be granted many more... the next continuence will be due to "I just got a lawyer and my lawyer needs to be filled in on my BS excuses as to why I keep destroying Kelly's property on behalf of my friend Linda Crosnoe (who currently has a RO in place) - I'm hoping my videos (which is included in this video) of Matteson in action will be able show my need for the RO is warranted- - I also have a hearing next week (12-16-24) in hopes of modifying the existing RO against Linda Crosnoe to include her current friends & tenants as well as any future friends & tenants from the non stop harassment & property destruction on behalf of Linda Crosnoe.... The Ringmaster Linda Crosnoe directs her favorite Clown John Matteson to attach string to my backyard wooden fence & climb up on what's left of my retaining wall along the side of the house & tie the string to my last remaining post in the front yard which is attached to my last remaining wooden fence in the front yard. - the restraining order is clear - Stay 9ft from my fence- do not attach anything to it or under it- do not destroy it- NO CONTACT - Crosnoe intentionally violated the restraining order- John & her tenants Kim & Adam are also knowingly assisting her violate that order- Crosnoe chose to attach that string to MY wooden fence instead of her own fence (the chain link fence at the yucca tree in the back yard) - she & the clowns plan to "build a fence" (homeless encampment method) and use my fence rather than dig the holes required to install the 15 post & 30 bags of cement required to install a fence on her own property. Let me be the 1st to say... The court system is never ending ... I've already entailed 4 court cases due to my neighbor... & I thought for certain it was finally in the rear view mirror after I was granted the restraining order against my neighbor ... but alas- I now have 2 more court hearings pending... Kelly Vs. Crosnoe on 12-16-24 RM 34 at 8:30am in the Ventura County Superior Court - as I had to request a modification to the restraining order due to Crosnoe using a loophole- her friends & tenants to harass me & my family... & I also had to sue her current tenant (Kim Davies) Kelly Vs. Davies 1-6-25 Rm S1 9am Simi Valley Courthouse for harassing me , destroying my property & using her grandson (Adam) to aide in the destruction of my security cams by having him blind my cams with lights pointed directly at them 60 nights in a row now... hitting 5 cams that I pay a monthly fee on- shining a light in my bedroom window - intentionally setting off the alarms all night & also having him attach that obnoxious audio of ("Danger, Tweaker, Stalker, Narcissistic) to my back yard fence- and... also using him to destroy part of my retaining wall by helping John Matteson who is destroying it on behalf of Linda Crosnoe... Both Crosnoe & Davies were served via mail of the upcoming court dates... & obviously- their response was... to continue the light show & of course- Crosnoe flips off my camera- I had hoped that after obtaining the restraining order against my neighbor she would back off & leave me & my family alone... instead... she not only has ignored the restraining order - she encourages all her friends and tenants to harass me & destroy my property.... - I have never done anything to my neighbor Linda Crosnoe EVER- not once have I retaliated, but for the last 7 years she has insisted on causing me & my family grief - I try to ignore her & she forces me to pay attention to her actions- destruction of 4 fences, retaining wall, multiple cameras, multiple lighting, freshly painted car keyed up, has me harassed by multiple tenants & friends... 4 court cases & costing me $1,000's in repairs, replacements, court fees etc... I've also helped a few of her ex- tenants who she falsely accused of elder abuse (David Alexander) & assisted others who informed me that Crosnoe had asked them to "destroy" stuff &/or lie on court documents claiming they witnessed me doing stuff to her- in exchange for living rent free at her place- they of course had a moral compass & said no.... she then evicted them... Its Sunday afternoon - my phone alerted me of motion at the fence- I look and see Crosnoe Clown John Matteson removing my retaining wall - cutting the wires on my fence & shoving my markers into my side yard- I grabbed my flip cam to film evidence for the upcoming court hearing re: enforcement of the restraining order & to show the ongoing vandalism as a result of John Matteson- on behalf of Linda Crosnoe- as you will see Adam the kid who harasses us every night with the light to blind the security cams and set off the alarms -starts saying " it's not your fence & the cops don't care about me shining the lights" oh and call the land surveyor- I told him we already did that & we had brought the rod iron fence in by almost 9 inches due to the previous 3 fences being destroyed _ his response was " I don't care" - it's sad to see that kid is being taught by adults to harass the neighbor- luckily Gary was with me while I took pics and vid -to witness the destruction & the interaction- I called the PD to report the incident.- & notified my lawyer I need his assistance again... Crosnoe Circus Clown John Matteson Destroying My Retaining Wall AGAIN!

I need to yell & scream... but it wouldn't do any good.... I caught the scumbag Crosnoe Circus Clown John Matteson destroying my retaining wall AGAIN! - 2 years ago on 10-12-2022 I busted him destroying the freshly poured footing on my retaining wall.... I called the police & they said it was a civil matter... this time I called because my restraining order clearly states no one can come within 3 yards (9 ft) of my fence- NO CONTACT of any kind, no hoses, nothing being shoved under the fence, no destruction- (this is due to the fact my rod iron fence is the 4th fence I've had to build & I had to bring it in by 8 inches onto this property away from the property line due to NO RETAINING WALL after Crosnoe removed it.- I needed solid ground to dig holes to put the poles and cement. - so yeh- I called the police & once again they refused to give John Matteson a citation for Vandalism (even tho he is on film sitting against my fence, with a shovel removing my cinderblock & flipping me off - calling me a "narcissistic tweaker bitch"... & said I need to get a separate restraining order (even tho he is clearly destroying my fence on behalf of Linda Crosnoe via indirect (3rd party) contact.- they APOLOGIZED to Crosnoe for bothering her!!!!!! - They then talked to the tenants Kim & Adam - who state they are taking me to court for Cyber Bullying- because they feel I'm harrassing them by telling everyone they are harrassing me & my family every day & every night on behalf of Crosnoe... I informed the officers I am uploading all the caught on security cam stuff because my phone only has 16 GBs & I need to upload to youtube so I can download to my PC which is 2TBs so I have proof to show the Judge. - I tried to remain calm- but I started speaking a bit loud... (kinda like in the days of wrestling- throwing my voice) - I'm dumbfounded at the fact John Matteson is ALLOWED to destroy my retaining wall- the tenants Kim & Adam are ALLOWED to harrass us with the shining the lights in the cameras, setting off the alarms, blocking the alarms, & attaching a bunch of crap to my front fence, side fence, & back yard fence & all the adults, Crosnoe, Matteson, the grandma Kim & even the police are telling the minor its "ok" to harrass the neighbor!!!!! - the police left & the 1st thing Adam did (which my security cam will show in another video) was flip me off & laugh... the entire Crosnoe Circus has been given a free pass to harrass & I'm the bad guy for trying to enforce the restraining order that clearly states NO CONTACT of any kind.... & to add a lil more salt to that would - the police refused to tell Matteson, Crosnoe, or Kim & Adam... to REMOVE all the stuff in my fence, next to my fence , attached to my fence & pull it back into the 9ft perimeter set by the Judge- so - all that crap is technically on my property- even tho it is a CLEAR violation - & their reason???? "Oh- they are building a fence" really???? they clearly forgot on 10-12-2022 they claimed that also-... heck they have been claiming they are going to build a fence for over 7 years - & during that time I've HAD to build 4 entire fences! - yes I'm going back into the courtroom in hopes of modifying the order so the police have no excuse not to honor the restraining order- & hopefully they will arrest Crosnoe or any of the clowns current & future.- I just want them to leave me alone & leave my family alone- it would be nice if the police could at least just tell them to STOP harrassing us.- yes- I'm mad I've spent 7 years trying to hold these clowns accountable- not to mention $1,000s to replace, repair, court fees, sheriff fees - I could've done nothing in the last 7 years & obtained the same result..... heck- I should've just let the 1st fence that got destroyed just go in the trash... & be done with it... then Linda Crosnoe could've perhaps found some other person to harrass- oh well- I just gotta keep the faith that eventually Crosnoe & all her clowns & flying monkeys will find someone else to torture.... on the bright side at least I'm not dealing with Hurricane Milton right now. #crosnoecircusclowns #restrainingorder #neighborfromhell #Venturacountysuperiorcourt #kellyvscrosnoe

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Its Always Lights Camera Action At The Crosnoe Circus!

For those who have been keeping tabs on the 'Caught On Security Cam" its has been lights, camera action - the daily shows are nonstop- the restraining order is being violated left & right because the resident clowns who are being directed by their ringmaster to harrass me ... have been told "the restraining order only applies to Linda Crosnoe- you can harrass her all you want" - My restraining order is a complete NO CONTACT order with addtional orders that Crosnoe can not come within 9 ft of my fence, no contact with the fence, no shoving that hose under my fence, no attaching anything to my fence, no destruction of my fence- no indirect contact (3rd party) contact as well... - which is interpreted differently by different officers... so- I'm going back to court to modify the order to include 1 sentence (NO Negative Contact from any person at that address) as I cannot possibly know all the names of the people who are her friends, tenants & future friends, tenants that are directed by Crosnoe to harrass me - hopefully if the modification is added it will help the police to enforce the restraining order & calm the current clowns & any furture resident clowns/ friends of clowns/ flying monkeys from the non stop harrassment of me & my family on behalf of Crosnoe. - its been 7 years, $1000's in repairs, replacements of fences, cameras, lighting, + $1,000s in court fees, sheriff fees for the 4 court cases... & the police can't or won't make her stop harrassing me ... they can't or won't make her friends stop harrassing me/ destroying my property... I've done every legal method to try to stop this person & her scumbag friends from negatively affecting my life... its been 7 years... that my neighbor and her friends have been ALLOWED to harrass me, & destroy my property - I've done EVERYTHING the Simi PD has told me to do over the last 7 years (4 Civil Court Cases & I prevailed in every one by proving my neighbor is not a nice person- I even put a lien on her property) & I even got that restraining order as they requested- & now I'm being told I need to add another sentence - in order for the police "To be able to arrest Crosnoe" so essentially- I now have to entail another court hearing - in essence a whole new court case-- & upon filing the CH600- the clerk said to me- usually when someone needs a modification it is to remove the terms that are too stringent, or to add supervised visits, or to terminate the order or renew it- you are putting in a lot of work just to add 1 sentence (that by the way is ALREADY covered in the existing order under indirect contact) - whats to stop the police from saying you need to add another sentence after you do this???-- your restraining order is already a complete NO CONTACT order it doesn't need to have another sentence added.- so yeh- I'm jumping through another hoop for the police - in hopes my reward will be I finally get to see Crosnoe get arrested for the 7 years of harrassment, property destruction & $1,000s spent- I'm positive- if this was their neighbor- they would've at the vey minimum- told her to STOP- - but since she is MY neighbor they won't even do that- they just keep telling me... I gotta "prove what she is doing, prove what her tenants are doing- prove your restraining order covers the violation... & my favorite- "sorry but we can't get in the gate" & the most recent- "we don't want to wake up the kid its 10pm" - (obviously the lil harrasser who is harrassing me by shining those lights into my security cams & setting off my alarms till 6am -under the direction of adults... is wide awake & actively harrassing me.... but ok- we can all pretend he is sleeping snug in his bed-) -yes- its been a rough 7 years living next to the Crosnoe Circus... & at some point... Caught On Security Cam- Crosnoe Circus Clowns Harass Me At My Backyard F...

As I am doing my yardwork I note my backyard alarm has been blocked by a tall piece of wood- I took a picture & went to push it over only to learn resident clown Adam & his grandmother Kim were hiding behind the fence- I told them to remove the wood - they were violating the NO CONTACT terms of the restraining order & then they started screaming this is their fence & I again inform them it is my fence- I paid for it - I installed it - they again scream i do not own it- I start drilling crosses on my fence & let them know I was calling the police- then they scream "go ahead the restraining order does not apply to us!" - I told them quit harassing me & my family - quit shining the lights in my cameras - & then I finished drilling- & called the police... Caught On Security Cam - Crosnoe Circus Clowns Add New Alarm!!!!!

Today the Crosnoe Circus resident Clowns Kim & Adam added a new alarm to their infamous light show act that they like to use to blind my security cams at night... Had to call the police on the Crosnoe Circus Clowns & the flying monkeys.... my alarm in the front fence was going off- I went to see what was setting it off... I see John Matteson attempting to attach that white fence they got from the house down the street 2 yrs ago to my whats left standing wooden fence- clearly a violation of the restraining order... not to mention- I had a fence there before they removed it & had to call the police because they removed it & the police forced them to return my stolen property-- as you will see- the clowns & the flying monkeys attack me for telling everyone what they do to me on a daily basis. long story short- John Matteson lied to the police claiming the wind blew the fence into my fence & he was not trying to attach it....
