After my neighbor from hell went to the courthouse to file a phoney elder abuse restraining order against her tenant David... I started seeing the caravan of sheriff cars, police cars, fire dept & ambulances... heading to the circus daily & I also noted the circus was not showing any signs of departing- it had a closing date of 12-27-2022... Independence Escrow let me know they were no longer involved in the sale of the circus tent next to me... & that I needed to contact the agent now in charge of selling it. Its all about staging when realtors are selling a house... including the photos that the realtors are posting online- for those who are aware- I live next to the trashiest house on the block...(pack rat/hoarder) & recently the local Rotary Club came to clean up my neighbors front yard (along with disposing of my wood/fence/that my neighbor intentionally destroyed & left laying in her front yard) - During this event- the house across the way was also being sold... the realtor took 27 pics & made certain NOT to show the view of my neighbors house which is directly in front of the house being sold... instead- choosing to show a view of my house... the house just sold for $670,000 - I may be wrong- but I think I deserve a small commission!- seriously- if you (or anyone you know) are considering buying a home online-- be sure to ask the realtor to show you the pics that they clearly are NOT showing you...
