Miss Ruby Tuesday-Kelly Vs Crosnoe- She Is Plotting To Destroy My New Fe...

Arrrrgh - my crazy neighbor who in the last 5 years has intentionally destroyed 3 fences that I built... is now plotting to destroy the 4th one I just built!- I busted her because I now have alarms all along the fence that trigger the cameras... she is bringing a hose out at night & letting the water run all night long next to the post- so the dirt turns to mud & erodes -then the cement that holds the post is exposed! - she is also breeching the chicken wire (which sets off the alarms) after climbing over the 3ft retaining wall & reaching over 3ft to the cinderblock wall that is on this property... then reaching an additional 2ft to rip my plants through the fence & snag some of my rocks! - 2 days later she had her tenant hose along my fence to try to remove the orange property line marking paint... yes- my neighbor is a bonafied nutjob who has tons of energy to destroy my property- yet- no energy to focus on her own property.... but- she keeps screaming my fence is HERS... because she can see it.
