Whew! it was a rough day in Court today- Court is NEVER fun- especially when you have to encounter a Commissioner/Judge who is clearly not willing to admit to their mistakes during the case they are overseeing. - Kelly Vs Crosnoe has entailed multiple Judges due to the multiple cases - all of them were willing to consider the facts- before making any decisions- Commissioner Julia Snyder has been overseeing the collection aspect of my cases against my nasty neighbor who has forced me to be in the Ventura County Court System for over 7 years - being required to prove her actions against me , my family & my property- I felt Justice was served when the Judges awarded me the Judgments based on FACTS.- I had no idea 7 years later Commissioner Snyder would REQUIRE me to pay the defendant all the money I gave to the courthouse in filing fees, sheriff fees & be told I was not "ENTITLED" to collect the Cost After Judgment (685.070) or the 10% Interest after 7 years (every other plaintiff is- just not me) - I should've just given all those court fees directly to the defendant since all her cost were always waived- Commissioner Snyder further falsely accused me of being deceptive RE: The Writ of Execution claiming I did a Bait & Switch when the fact is- the Clerks office made that mistake (Not Me) Commissioner Snyder Then accused me of intentionally omitting the $888.80 the Sheriff seized on 2-2-24- Which Crosnoe submitted on a court order on 2-9-2024 prior to the upcoming hearing but didn't file a claim of exemption- as required to cease the check being sent to me- After being told I'm a dishonest person by the Commissioner who flat out refused to acknowledge that NONE of the mistakes were made by me- ALL were made by HER & the Clerks Office -I made the mistake of blurting out it wasn't my responsibility to cancel that writ of execution- as she never notified me or the clerks or the sheriff to terminate that writ- it was the Commissioners duty to do so- I also pointed out I've never worked so hard for $1,500.00 in my life... over 30 Required court apperances & over $1,200.00 in court fees...- Commissioner Snyder then proceeded to throw me under the bus telling me she would charge me with contempt of court if I "say another word"- with that I opened my purse - grabbed the envelope with the check stub and the cash from the bank- & threw the money at Crosnoe - & walked out. I do not know WHY Commissioner Snyder has treated me as if I'm the criminal... for trying to collect the money awarded due to the criminal... but after 7 years I really did not antcipate the Kelly Vs. Crosnoe Civil Case to end with me becoming the "bad guy" & the Judgment debtor. I anticipate Karma isn't gonna just be knocking on Crosnoes door.... Commissioner Julia Snyder refused to acknowledge HER mistakes in that courtroom & could've reversed those miskes by terminating the order I pay the defendant the money I had to pay the courthouse- she ignored the law completely CCP 473 Rule 60 Motion B (1) & held me liable for HER mistakes. So the defendant is doing a happy dance for now since she got rewarded for being a defendant - (she made money off of destroying my property & telling a bunch of lies) & Commissioner Snyder can pretend I deserved to be held liable for HER mistakes in HER courtroom.... but it doesn't change the FACTS. The next door neighbor from hell got served the TRO (Temporary Restraining Order) & the order to appear on 1-5-2024 (Friday) ... her immediate response was to run to the courthouse 2 days later (Monday) & file a complaint via court order and answer claiming I am falsifying how much money she owes me on the civil case... (she clearly does not comprehend how much money she has cost me aka cost ofter Judgement) - & of course no where in that claim does she inform the court that she was just served a restraining order to prevent her from further destruction of my fence & harrassment by her & her friend John.... oh & she still claims she has "no idea" where defendant # 2 (Remy Hutchins- her grandson) is... I guess she forgot she claimed in the claim of exemption to avoid paying the money seized by the sheriff ... that she "gives $1,400 a month to defendant # 2 for School" - The restraining order hearing is set for 1-17-2024 - I'm hoping to obtain a permanent order- I will appear via zoom due to concern for my safety (last court date on 6-5-2024- Breach Of Contract Hearing) her friend "John" who was served but did not appear... suddenly appeared as I was leaving the courthouse & tried to run me off the road- that video was caught on my dashcam- & also knowing the history of Crosnoe... Crosnoe Circus Clowns Destroy My Fence & Laugh As They Do It

After I got home from work & discovered my front yard fence behind the taller rod iron had been removed - I checked my security cameras & lo & behold the sounds of destruction & laughter... "hahaha she will be so mad when she sees this!" Linda & her fave clown John really do enjoy themselves! - & once again _ I call the PD & as usual they state "Its a Civil Matter" - in spite of the fact I have a lien on my neighbors house from the 3 previous court cases in which she & her friends destroyed my fences... & when she claimed I punched her- when in reality she punched herself in order to get a elder abuse restraining order- "Neighbor From Hell" is an understatement- - for 7 yrs I've been in Ventura County Courtrooms being required to prove my neighbor is intentionally causing me grief & even solicits others to help her cause me grief- - I have had to replace my fence 4 times now- I gave up on wood & decided to install a rod iron so I can see when the destruction is taking place- The PD won't arrest her because she is "5150" & I'm required to go into a courtroom to prove it's MY property_ not ONCE has she been required to prove it is HER property to destroy... she just says... Have you ever heard the term "Look for the loophole"??? - Well- when it comes to Court cases sometimes you need to look for a "Legal Loophole" I tried to end the settlement agreement with my crazy neighbor- by proving Breach of Contract - unfortunately- the Commissioner refused to end it & told the defendant she only needed to make up the last 5 payments... I then put in a request for reasons of the decision NOT to end the contract after proof of Breach of Contract- & the commissioner denied me the right to know the reason... I then put in another request - once again it was "Denied". - my crazy neighbor then put in a request demanding the Court force me to remove the lien on her property 2 days after she destroyed my front yard fence... fortunately that was "Denied" as I obtained that lien legally- I contacted my lawyer & he explained to me that I needed to look for a legal loophole as there was no reason for me (the Plaintiff & Judgement Creditor) to have to prove I deserve a right to collect my Judgement- ... so- did some research & yes- there was/is a Legal Loophole! - & in my case... it is called the "Joint/Several Defendant Rule" :-D #KellyVsCrosnoe #neighborfromhell missrubytuesday.com

Its no secret my crazy neighbor LOVES any excuse to be in a courtroom... its no secret she commits perjury just to gain access to a court hearing. its no secret she is legit 5150 (crazy) and- as her neighbor I've been forced to deal with her in the court system for over 6 yrs now... due to her obsession with me & her constant attacks on me & my family... along with her intentional destruction of my property / theft of my property.. and employing/soliciting others to assist her in her attacks on me. The Simi PD refuse to arrest her in spite of the $1,000's she has cost me- always stating it is a "civil matter". - I've endured 6 yrs in the court system - 3 Judges ruled in my favor after I was forced to prove not only what my crazy neighbor & her friends have done- but also the amount of money I had to spend to repair the damages or the legal fees I encountered when I had to disprove the false allegations of assaulting her. - Now I'm required to prove I DESERVE to collect the money that 3 Judges ruled I deserved to collect!- against the 3 defendants (Linda Crosnoe, Remy Hutchins & Kathleen Curtis) - Why am I now laughing???? My crazy neighbor is now DEMANDING that the court force me to REMOVE THAT LIEN on her property that I legally obtained! She put in that demand 2 days after she & her fave circus clown John destroyed my fence in the front yard.! Seriously- my 1st instinct was to laugh- but then I immediately called my lawyer-- he assured me the Judge cannot force me to remove the lien as the Abstract of Judgement was obtained legally & it includes 3 defendants- worse case scenario: my crazy neighbor could file bankruptcy- which may or may not prevent me from collecting from HER- but there are 2 other defendants & my judgement clearly states under the Joint/Several defendants rule- "all 3 defendants are equally liable for the full amount - in the event defendant #1 does not pay- defendants 2 & 3 can be collected from- $400 from this one- $200 from that one... or the full amount from ANY one defendant" So- yeh- my neighbor is trying to manipulate the courts again... the problem is- it requires ME to draw up a bunch of paper work in a timely matter - to respond - which of course requires me to go buy printer ink again! #KellyVsCrosnoe #neighborfromhell #SimiVallyCourthouse missrubytuesday.com

The daily non stop daily attack from the Crosnoe Circus Clowns & the inability to convince Commissioner Snyder to end that settlement agreement after proving Breach Of Contract -then learning the Court Order and Answer I submitted under CCP632 (Statement of Decisions- Request For Reasons) was also denied-- is really starting to affect my daily life!- I am being bombarded with paperwork and timelines again!- Dang- I was done with court 3 yrs ago - it was 3 yrs of court dates & I prevailed in all 3 cases- & I mistakingly ALLOWED the main Defendant (Linda Crosnoe) to make monthly payments with the understanding that if she missed her payments I could end that contract- she missed her payments & I asked the court to end the settlement agreement- thats what gave the defendant the green light to bring me back into the court system- she demanded a hearing stating "she had proof all payments were made" (which of course she did not) & after I proved they had not- The Commissioner insisted I keep financing her & told her she only had to make up the last 5 payments missed!- The commissioner threw me out of the court room when I stated I wanted that contract ended- & there is no law that requires me to communicate with the defendant- a week later- I obtained the audio from that hearing- & it clearly reveals I proved Breach Of Contract & I (the Plaintiff seeking Justice) was thrown out of that courtroom- upon that denial I have now been sucked into the court system again... in another battle to PROVE I deserve to collect the money that was awarded to me by 3 other Judges!!!!- I now am required to submit one more Court Order And Answer- before I can file a complaint to the Judiciary Committee- The ordeal I'm currently encountering almost makes me forget I'm the Plaintiff- The Judgement Creditor! Ok- I've put up with my crazy neighbor & her friends antics against me for over 3 yrs now since I agreed to allow her to make $50 minimum monthly payments on that settlement agreement- its been 3 yrs of late payments, no payments, payments made illegally (placed in my mailbox by friends, placed in my screen door- not mailed per the contract stipulations) 3 ys of keeping tabs on google docs- Its been 3 yrs of being harrassed by her... her friends & 3 yrs of her soliciting her friends to destroy my property "because- they feel like it & lifes a bitch"- 3 yrs of fending off people who feel they have a right to cause me grief because she owes me money for her actions against me!- basically I'm just tired of having to deal with the neighbor from hell & her scumbag friends on a monthly basis- I need to end the settlement agreement - but to do so... Miss Ruby Tuesday- Crosnoe Vs Alexander Court Date Arrives

Well the neighbor from hell is once again playing her games in the court room.... David Alexander (her latest false claim of elder abuse to get a restraining order) was found on the ground December 6th face first in front of her mailbox with a major head wound requiring 27 stiches.... he had been living in his car after the police were kind enough to assist him in removing some of his clothes from his room on that rainy night of December 1st.... he went to check his mail since he hadn't been able to... & somehow required the aide of an ambulance. No witnesses as to what happened... only that a person driving by saw him on the ground and called the ambulance. David arrived at my house the night before Court to confirm he was going in the morning & requested a letter for the Judge that states I do not believe he is a danger.... He arrived on the morning of Court (12-19-2023)... I warned him that Ms. Crosnoe would panic when she saw he actually showed up & would ask for a continuence... I also informed him she clearly wrote a bunch of lies & he needed to see what she accused him of. Keep In Mind- NOTHING prevented her from dropping the claim. but alas- she is bored & loves to manipulate the court system... I believe Linda Crosnoe Needs To Be Investigated By The D.A. For all her fraudulent claims of elder abuse. Yes- my evil neighbor is predictable.
