Its the end of September & as fate would have it- after watching the vandal on my security cameras- (who was hired by my neighbor)- destroy my solar lights 3 times in less than one week- I had the good fortune of seeing him pulling up in front of my car... so- naturally- I seized the moment to do a much needed confrontation...
