Ok - It is officially spring- I just installed a new fence for the 3rd time due to my crazy neighbor who keeps intentionally destroying my property as well as keeps harassing me on a daily basis... yes- I do have a lien on her house due to her previous actions against me- I do not want to go back to court & spend another 2 yrs proving my neighbor is an asshole- but- its time to put Ms. Crosnoe on notice... my lawyer is sending her a "Cease & Desist" - hopefully ... she will honor it.... if not- then... My crazy neighbor came to the house yesterday (after calling the police on me last Saturday claiming I was harassing her- which of course was a lie) - I refused to open the door to her.... she got mad & finally went away... this morning- I noted she was putting her trash up on the fence she destroyed (which is visable from my yard) I told her to remove the trash & she is NOT allowed on the property- do not come over again.- as you will see/hear- she starts screaming the she wants to talk to the homeowner as HE owes her money for the replacement of HER fence.... (He does not - He never signed a contract regarding co ownership of HER fence.) I refuse to put up another fence- I refuse to clean up her damage. Miss Ruby Tuesday-The Crazy Neighbor That Has A Digging Problem

Yes- clearly my crazy neighbor has a digging problem.... she just loves to dig UNDER MY FENCE... she loves watching it fall.... & she loves seeing it in her yard... she wants a "new fence" & she isn't happy with the fact I have a lien on her house from the last time she chose to destroy my fence... & told a bunch of lies to get a restraining order- during her latest digging adventures- I confronted her while she was digging- this video shows her progress prior to my fence falling for the 3rd time... & her reaction to my confronting her. - yesterday- on a side note- she just had a new tenant move in yesterday- who questioned the fence laying in her yard... she told the new tenant- "oh- excuse the mess- my neighbors fence fell- I do not know when she will be picking it up or replacing it" yes- my neighbor is pure evil- plain & simple - naturally- I'm thinking of just letting the fence lay there .
