Miss Ruby Tuesday- I Hate My Neighbors Tree!

Its the 5 yr anniversary of when this house was gutted due to a flood that happened when the roots from my neighbors tree got into the plumbing... all the pipes had to be replaced & the yard was ripped up along with house... ($50,000 worth of damage) - The city can't force her to chop it down- & I've been cleaning up after that tree daily which hangs over the fence for 20 yrs now... the law is clear- I CAN chop down anything hanging on my side of the fence.

Miss Ruby Tuesday-Kelly Vs Crosnoe- 3 Days After Court & The Police Are ...

Well.... it appears the feud between my neighbor & I did not come to an end when she agreed in Court to start making $50 a month payments... it does seem to have been just another stall tactic-- the "Bill Of Sale" document RE: her vehicle she handed me- may not be legitimate + less than 72 hours later- I had to call the police again when my security cameras notified me she was on my lawn removing my yard decorations... trying to get to my motion light...  oh-  & her perspective "new tenants" make themselves known.

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- 3 Days Before The Debtor Hearing

Tis the weekend prior to the upcoming debtor hearing with my neighbor - so- needless to say- as I'm prepping the paperwork- the ex tenant & the current tenant both sent me messages on my Facebook page... - I will say- I'm not used to people attacking me... simply because- someone they know... owes me money & refuses to honor the ruling of the Judge.-  Hopefully my neighbor will agree to do a monthly payment plan at the hearing! - Kelly Vs. Yes!!!! - it is time to do a lil "Happy Dance"- after 2 yrs in Court against my neighbor- & 6 months of Bank Levies... the Sheriff managed to snag a lil check on my behalf - & it has arrived in the mail... tis a nice drop in the debt bucket! :-D - on a side note: my neighbor is mad- & has employed a "friend" to cause me grief- but fortunately- the security cameras are catching the vandal in the act- -Be thankful this is not your neighbor- Kelly Vs Crosnoe

Its been confirmed- the bank levy check is "in the mail" Woot Woot! - & naturally- my neighbor is a little ticked off- so she is having a "tenant/friend/helper/assistant" cause me a little grief...
it appears the Kelly Vs. Crosnoe feud is not ending anytime soon.

It appears-  the legal problems with my next door neighbor... are not going away anytime soon. - I obtained a 3rd Party Levy (to try and collect the money she owes me from her tenants) - I also learned HUD is now the proud owner of her property... & once again I had to call the police on her.... as- she chose to once again intentionally destroy my property...
