Miss Ruby Tuesday - John Matteson Appeals R. O. & Then Attacks My Friend...

After being GRANTED a restraining order against my neighbor Linda Crosnoe & her friend John Matteson - & being awarded $$$$ in small claims due to the intentional malicious actions & vandalism by John Matteson- Both Crosnoe & Matteson filed APPEALS (as is their legal right & of course all their court cost is WAIVED)... the upcoming court dates are 4-7-2025 (small claims appeal/trial de novo) & 4-23-2025 (restraining order appeals) The restraining orders fortunately remain in effect pending the outcome of the appeals... unfortunately - the restraining orders do not protect my friends... the day after John Matteson filed for an appeal with the 2nd district court he & his friend Terri Gamson who is also friends with Linda Crosnoe went to a place called "Peddles & Pints" in Thousand Oaks, CA on 3-15-2025 - & as fate would have it - my friend David Alexander (the ex tenant of Crosnoe who she falsely accused of Elder Abuse & I assisted him during the court hearings) was having dinner when Matteson & Gamson walked in - saw him and started harrassing him... he then went into the bathroom to get away... & they were waiting for him outside the bathroom as he opened the door..... needless to say the police were called.- David called me to let me know what had happened & I told him he too needs to get a restraining order against Matteson & Crosnoe as mine does not protect him. - - Crosnoe & Matteson & Gamson are nothing more than evil bullies who derive pleasure from causing others grief for their entertainment.... #kellyVsCrosnoe #KellyVsMatteson #Appeals #RestrainingOrder #VenturaSuperiorCourt #CrosnoeVsAlexander missrubytuesday.com

Miss Ruby Tuesday-Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Linda Crosnoe Submits False Declarat...

OMG- seriously- Linda Crosnoe can't tell the truth if her life depended on it! She clearly missed her calling as a fictional book writer!- Good thing the Ventura County Superior Court allows her to submit random fictional declarations of elder abuse as well as fictional excuses to delay the hearings she demands. We just had a hearing at the Simi Valley Courthouse- in which I proved Breach Of Contract - yet the Commissioner refused to end the settlement agreement as well as denied me the right to collect the full remaining balance owed & insisted the defendant could just make up the missing 5 payments if $250 was made by the 10th of June. - I left the court room disappointed that the court did not honor the terms of their own contract that they created. - I filed a "Order & Answer" requesting a written judgement (reasons for decision not to end the contract after proof of breach) I also asked for a motion of reconsideration & a sanction for the witnesses (John & Victor the defendants friends who aide in destroying my property on behalf of the defendant and didn't show up in court after being properly served) - The order & answer was directed to the commissioner- yet - the defendant chose to submit a declaration filled with false accusations regarding me (worded similar to when she falsely accused me of elder abuse) & the defendant feels she should no longer have to pay me - since there are "2 other defendants"- her grandson (Remy Hutchins) & her ex tenant. (Kathleen Curtis) - & "She Demands A Hearing" amazingly she forgets the other defendants are defendants due to her forcing them to lie in court as well. - she also seems to not comprehend- it is her name on that contract.- yes i can collect from the other defendants- but- it is her lies & intentional destruction of my property multiple times that caused these court cases.- I personally refuse to finance Linda Crosnoe's remaining debt to me- I will ONLY accept the full remaining balance owed- If the courts refuses to honor the terms of the contract- then thats their choice- but I also have a choice to wait until her house sells to collect the balance owed- I'm choosing to abide by the terms of the contract I signed- I personally have terminated the contract- as was my right - & there is no law that states I'm required to communicate with the defendant- so- my goal is to keep ignoring my crazy neighbor & just keep tabs of her & her friends actions against me. (as I write this Linda & "John"are currently messing with my fence again!) Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Had To Call The Police Again!

Imagine calling the police to report your crazy neighbor who you currently have a lien on their house due to the intentional destruction of multiple fences & also told a bunch of lies in order to get a restraining order against you- forcing you to prove that you never assaulted her... who is currently having her friend "John" actively destroying your retaining wall- who admits on video when confronted that he is doing it simply "Because he wants to... & I'm a Bitch".... then the police show up & "because they are not property experts"- state- he can destroy my retaining wall because the cement I poured is killing her flowers that she illegally planted on my retaining wall"!!!!! - & that once again this is just a "civil matter" - oh & since he "only destroyed a little over $200 worth of freshly laid cement- he will not be cited for vandalism- I kid you not- I'm just glad I filmed it- as it will definately come in handy in court- I pick up the documentation at the police department on Friday which of course will have the names required in order for me to issue subpoenas to.- The last time she involved a tenant and her own grandson- I have a judgement againt all 3 of them- she clearly does not care who she drags into her drama.... she loves court.- I'm so sick of criminals & crazies being given a free pass... and their victims being told they are required to prove the crap in civil court in order to obtain any form of justice.- evil people truly do not care about the grief they cause others.- I can only hope in time Karma is ready to step in & my neighbor & her friends entail their own hardships. #KellyVsCrosnoe #NeighborFromHell #SimiValleyPolice http://www.missrubytuesday.com http://www.twitter.com/msrubytuesday http://www.akamissrubytuesday.blogspot.com

yep _ my crazy neighbor who has intentionally destroyed 3 of my fences... is now trying to figure out how to take down the new rod iron fence I just installed. Watch as she wraps her hand around a post to check for stability... & runs away when I let her I know I just saw her. _ unlike the 3 previous wooden fences the rod iron doesn't allow her to easily hide her actions. #KellyVsCrosnoe #NeighborFromHell
