The massive tree next to me that flooded out this house when the roots got into the plumbing causing over $50,000 damage... the tree that I clean up after every day... the tree that was hanging over the roof of this house.... the tree that my crazy neighbor refused to even trim.... is no longer a headache for me... :-D - and then as fate would have it-- 2 days later... the tenant who had moved in the day after my fence was destroyed for the 3rd time by my crazy neighbor... found a better situation & moved out.... my neighbor immediately moved all her trash up against my fence again...but at least everyone can see.... it is HER trash.- #TrashyPeopleSuck #Kelly Vs. It is clear my crazy neighbor loves to dig under my fences... this is the 3rd time I will need to replace/ rebuild 75 ft of fencing in less than 3 years!... I had to sue her 3 times & I won all 3 times - (Kelly Vs. Crosnoe-) she also told a bunch of lies claiming I had beat her up & slashed her tires trying to make her "pay me"- which of course I did not do & had to prove!- she is currently pissed that I have a lien on her house due to the previous times she intentionally destroyed my fencing- the police flat out REFUSE to arrest her for lying to get a restraining order & for intentionally destroying my property - so obviously- I need to build a brick wall ASAP- If You Can Donate.... Miss Ruby Tuesday- My Crazy Neighbor Destroyed My Fence AGAIN!

Ugh!!!!! Once again my neighbor succeeded in intentionally willfully destroying my fence. Yep!- The same fence she & her grandson destroyed 2 years ago... the same fence the Judge ruled in my favor on... after I had to prove she had dug under it/ attached 8 inch screws connecting her fence to mine- then attaching blue rope to pull down on it- I currently have a lien on her house to collect the judgement- She resumed her activity- She has been digging under it for the last 2 months... clearly I will need to increase that lien- which of course means I need to go back to court!!!! ugh!!!!!
