Not surprised to learn John Matteson (friend of my next door neighbor Linda Crosnoe) filed an appeal on the small claims case after the Judge awarded me $2,500 for damages he intentionally did to my property... he is like the kid that ask Mom if he can go outside - and when Mom says NO- he goes to Dad... to get a different answer - of course I had selfishly hoped there would be no more court dates after 7 yrs of being victimized by my neighbor & her friends- but alas- since they get all their court stuff for free... they file every appeal, continuence, delay , postponement they can & I'm required to keep proving over & over to multiple Judges in multiple court rooms that my neighbor & her friends are not nice to me - I've said it before- & I will say again- the Justice System is punishing the victims for being victims... The "Appeal" (Trial De Novo) court date is set for 4-7-2025 at 8:30am in RM 43 in the Ventura Superior Court- I need to decide if I will go- If I do- that means I have to take another day off work... & once again prove I deserve to be compensated for all the intentional damages to my property- if I don't go- that means the Judge will automatically dismiss the case & the Judgment awarded to me is dismissed as well... After being granted the NO CONTACT Restraining Order against my neighbor... I had to have her served that order since she ditched going to court on 7-16-24 to avoid being put on the witness stand & chose to stay home with her favorite clown John Matteson to violate the temporary restraining order that was in effect by destroying part of my front yard fence instead - I submitted all the important papers to the Sheriff... but alas my neighbor refused to open the door to them during their 3 attempts... & she even avoided the police during their attempts to give her a citation for violation of the TRO.... sooooooooooooo I learned on the courts website she had a court date coming up on 8-29-2024 RE: suing her ex- tenants for $8,000... I knew she would show up for that since she wants money... I went to that hearing & sure enough she was there... I couldn't serve her in the courtroom as I am not allowed to do the serving... it has to be done by somebody else- sooooooooo it occurred to me her ex-tenant might wanna help... :-D which of course he was only too happy to assist me... Court got out... it was lunch time.... she was spotted at the local Panera Bread... so- the ex tenant & I decided it was a perfect opportunity to seize the moment & go with the element of surprise. :-D I got to watch my neighbor get served the Restraining Order... & even film it! Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- 4-29-2024 Court Date Gets Postponed...

UGH!!!!! - Kelly Vs Crosnoe Court Cases - the theme is Continuences, Delays, Postponements... what happened to the "you're entitled to a speedy trial"???? My neighbor has kept me in the court system for almost 7 yrs now... I do not understand how she keeps getting the continuences... Not once have I ever asked for a continuence or a delay during these court cases. The Restraining Order Hearing that was scheduled on 4-29-2024 - did not transpire... the 1st words out of her lawyers mouth was "We need a continuence your honor" - I tried to say NO I am ready here and now... but alas- it was continued to 7-16-2024 at 2pm ... on the bright side: the TRO against my neighbor was also extended till that date... so- even if I am not granted the Permanent Order that I am seeking- at least I've had it in place for 6 months & my neighbor & her friend John still have to refrain from destroying my fence, my cameras & my lighting. :-D Oh & the icing on the cake??? My Neighbor from Hell has moved on to another victim of her manipulative actions... I had thought after I proved in the Ventura County Courtroom that my neighbor lies to obtain restraining orders & that she had 5 of them in effect at that time- that when the Judge had stated she would no longer be allowed to just write "I'm in fear for my life" & be required to "show cause" that it would prevent her from being able to obtain restraining orders based on words on a piece of paper.... but alas... she has once again obtained a restraining order against a tenant who is disabled... (deaf, parkinsons & can barely walk) & he is now required to go to court to prove he doesn't deserve it. - I had thought when I sued my crazy neighbor for lying to get the restraining order & then putting a lien on her house that she would think twice about lying to get another restraining order... but nope! ****This woman needs to be arrested for commiting perjury to obtain restraining orders**** but of course- now that nothing is against the law... her latest victim (David Alexander) will be required to sue her for the false allegations in a civil court. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Neighbor From Hell Gets A FREE Fence But No Installer!

Ok- Its the end of May- & the Neighbor From Hell has had multiple "tenants" move in & out... she snagged a FREE fence from the same house that she got all the tree shavings from that she had dumped in the middle of the street for over 6 weeks & then lied to the church of latter day Saints in order to get them to move the tree shavings onto her front lawn... I am dumbfounded that my crazy neighbor never gets arrested for destroying my property....

stealing my property... along with convincing others to destroy, steal & lie on her behalf... & that everything she does to me is always deemed "a civil matter" & I'm REQUIRED to prove it in court... (which I do EVERYTIME) - I currently have a lien on her house due to proving everything she has done to me - I also have a "cease & desist" notice in effect that she was served with... that clearly states to any officer that see its... "she is to be arrested for her harassment of me &/or for calling the police without merit..." - that being said- once again my neighbor had her friend Victor (the one who works for habitat for humanity restore) helping her in her endeavors- & I saw him & reminded him not to destroy MY property on her behalf - to stay away from MY fence- - 20 mins later... the police are at my door... they of course left 10 mins later- after I showed them the cease & desist notice- but they did not arrest her for using them to harrass me- so- even though she never gets arrested... even for using the PD as a pawn in her game to assist her with her harassment - at least I have lots of proof for the Judge.... Its been 4 months since my crazy neighbor destroyed my fence for the 3rd time... & 3 weeks since my Lawyer put her on notice with a cease & desist letter- I asked her to RETURN my property (all the wood & lighting) she refused... I built another fence (Rod Iron) & watched as all MY fencing just laid in her yard- patiently awaiting my chance to retrieve MY property- As fate would have it- she managed to con the local Rotary Club Of Simi Sunrise (just another pawn in her game) to remove all her trash from her yard- It was a mixed emotion- I was happy to see the trash finally being removed... but- I approached them & asked them to give me MY property which is technically stolen property- rather than just dump it in the trash... needless to say it is currently in the dumpster... 25ft away from me...
