Yes- My neighbor is the true definition of "Neighbor From Hell"- The fact that I have a Lien on her home tells you she is the worst neighbor ever- BE THANKFUL this is not your neighbor- she not only has mental issues but she is evil hearted in her intentional grief causing antics... It seems- she cannot go one day without finding a way to cause me (& others ) grief... she is a scam artist... she lies on daily basis pretending to be a sweet lil ole lady -to random strangers in order to get what she wants- she even employs others to cause me grief - seriously- she is not a nice person... never has been -& never will be.... she derives pleasure from knowing she is causing grief.- Good Vs.
