After being granted the NO CONTACT Restraining Order against my neighbor... I had to have her served that order since she ditched going to court on 7-16-24 to avoid being put on the witness stand & chose to stay home with her favorite clown John Matteson to violate the temporary restraining order that was in effect by destroying part of my front yard fence instead - I submitted all the important papers to the Sheriff... but alas my neighbor refused to open the door to them during their 3 attempts... & she even avoided the police during their attempts to give her a citation for violation of the TRO.... sooooooooooooo I learned on the courts website she had a court date coming up on 8-29-2024 RE: suing her ex- tenants for $8,000... I knew she would show up for that since she wants money... I went to that hearing & sure enough she was there... I couldn't serve her in the courtroom as I am not allowed to do the serving... it has to be done by somebody else- sooooooooo it occurred to me her ex-tenant might wanna help... :-D which of course he was only too happy to assist me... Court got out... it was lunch time.... she was spotted at the local Panera Bread... so- the ex tenant & I decided it was a perfect opportunity to seize the moment & go with the element of surprise. :-D I got to watch my neighbor get served the Restraining Order... & even film it! I get to do a lil happy dance.... after so many postponements - the hearing took place ... in spite of the defendant (my neighbor) being a "no show" and her attorney (Scott Bentley) trying to get another postponement due to my neighbor not being there... Her lawyer did everything he could - including objecting to allowing my evidence being viewed... fortunately - the Judge ruled in my favor and GRANTED the Civil Restraining Order against my neighbor for 2 years... - it is a NO CONTACT- NO THIRD PARTY CONTACT- NO DESTRUCTION OF MY PROPERTY Good thing it was GRANTED - when I got home from court.... Miss Ruby Tuesday Kelly Vs Crosnoe Future Court Dates - Again!

I guess I spoke too soon.... even tho I've accepted the fact my neighbor does not want to pay the money owed on the civil matter that has been in the court system for over 6 years & I accepted the fact the Commissioner in that case does not want to recuse herself from the case.... I even obtained a temporary restraining order against my neighbor to prevent her (& her friend John) from further destroying my property out of anger that I have a Judgement lien on my neighbors property..... I even handed the headache over to my lawyer.... & Yes- I knew I had the upcoming court hearing on 2-21-24 at 8:30 - because as usual my neighbor "needed a continuence" RE: proof she doesn't deserve a restraining order- as I AM seeking a civil restraining order for at least a year (I do not want to replace another fence!).... well - it turns out - after that hearing on 1-17-24 took place.... my neighbor ran to the clerks office & put in for another court date RE: the ongoing civil case & she demands the Commissioner forces me to remove that lien & "she can prove she only owes $300!".. (clearly not only is she bad at spelling---- she is also bad at math- ) so yep- there is now a court date on 3-11-24 - in front of the Commissioner who will not recuse herself. - & I did say there is no law that states I am required to appear- - I have no desire to see the defendant- nor be afraid to speak in front of the Commissioner who feels my need to see the defendants Drivers License was irrelevant to accepting a check from the defendant- & my need to end that settlement agreement was irrelevant- in spite of proving Breach Of Contract-& the defendant is not required to prove her claims to exemption after the sheriff seized the entire amount to end the case & I proved she has renters.... No desire to deal with either the defendant or the Commisioner - both have shown their true colors regarding how they have no regard for me. I'm done jumping through all the legal hoops being required of me- only to land in the same spot - the defendant gets everything for FREE & doesn't have to abide by any laws or be held accountable. I proved she destroyed my property- & I proved she lied claiming I assaulted her... the fact I now have to prove I deserve to collect the Judgement has convinced me... - I should've just beat the crap out of her the 1st time she destroyed my fence... but because I chose to call the police - & was told- "sorry this is a civil matter" & "she has mental issues so we can't arrest her"... "You have to sue her in Court" Here I am 6 years later - 4 court cases later... 3 Fences later, 1 false Elder Abuse case later, multiple police calls, multiple lighting, cameras & youtube videos for back up proof- basically- almost $10,000 between property replacement & court fees, postal fees, printing fees, etc...- yeh- I should've just given her a reason to leave me alone.- it would'be been a lot cheaper & at the most 1 court case! ok- ok- I'm tired of having to go to Court over money... I'm tired of having to spend money to collect the money owed to me for the intentional acts against me & my property- as a result of my next door nighbor - I'm tired of all the paperwork- - I've never had to work so hard to get money! - the original Judgement was for $1,650.00 I've spent more than that trying to collect... & that doesn't even include all the fences & I've had to replace- while trying to collect for the 1st fence she destroyed... 6 frikken years I've been dealing with this headache. I wish the police still arrested people instead of deeming "destruction of property" & "committing perjury on court documents" a civil matter - forcing the victims to sue in civil court... I'm also tired of being told "I need to feel sorry for her because she has mental issues" - I know a few people with bonafide mental issues- & none of them intentionally cause others grief... much less daily. My lawyer will be appearing on my behalf- on 3-11-24 - I told him to say whatever he needs to say to end the Kelly Vs Crosnoe Civil Case... Miss Ruby Tuesday- Crosnoe Vs. Alexander Update

A lil update regarding the latest victim of my crazy neighbor.... David came to my house quite distraught ... My crazy neighbor obtained a restraining order (again!) with false allegations- & she locked him out of his room- He wanted to get his clothes... I told him to call the police and let them assist him.... fortunately they were able to help. He is now required to go to Ventura County Courthouse on 12-19-2022 @1:30pm in RM 32 to PROVE he does not deserve to have a restraining order or be labeled an "Elder Abuser" Its crazy that someone can just walk into the court house & write whatever they want on a piece of paper & they are not required to show cause- Why are people allowed to just accuse someone/anyone of elder abuse... to get a restraining order???? - & then force them to come into a courthouse to disprove the allegations??? Miss Ruby Tuesday-Crosnoe Vs Alexander- Another Restraining Order Perjury

My Neighbor from Hell has moved on to another victim of her manipulative actions... I had thought after I proved in the Ventura County Courtroom that my neighbor lies to obtain restraining orders & that she had 5 of them in effect at that time- that when the Judge had stated she would no longer be allowed to just write "I'm in fear for my life" & be required to "show cause" that it would prevent her from being able to obtain restraining orders based on words on a piece of paper.... but alas... she has once again obtained a restraining order against a tenant who is disabled... (deaf, parkinsons & can barely walk) & he is now required to go to court to prove he doesn't deserve it. - I had thought when I sued my crazy neighbor for lying to get the restraining order & then putting a lien on her house that she would think twice about lying to get another restraining order... but nope! ****This woman needs to be arrested for commiting perjury to obtain restraining orders**** but of course- now that nothing is against the law... her latest victim (David Alexander) will be required to sue her for the false allegations in a civil court. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Court Date Continued Justice Delayed Again!

Being required by law to disprove false allegations in order to have a restraining order removed is not something people should have to endure in the justice system... much less be told- "the case needs to be continued"... oh & you need to go spend more money (ok- that wasn't exactly said- but it is what I heard) "to provide the projector & laptop so we can view your videos" of "innocence" & - "you need to purchase a duplicate USB stick for the accuser"
Seriously?- The court rooms do not provide the use of a projector??? - Ugh! - & did I hear correctly- those who are accused are required to provide a parting gift to the accuser???? Required By Law To Disprove False Allegations!

Tomorrow - is the day I am required by law to disprove the false allegations/ accusations that were made by my neighbor (under penalty of perjury) in order to obtain a restraining order - & claims of "Elder Abuse"-



I hope to not only show I do not deserve the restraining order- but to also convey- the ONLY "elder abuse" that is taking place is this "elder" is abusing the process of the court system.

I'm the 5th person she has drug into that court under the same "crime".

I find it difficult to believe 5 people woke up one morning & just decided to go abuse her.



I'm thinking of bringing popcorn for those who will have to sit through this argument.
