Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Prepping For 7-16- 24 RO Court Hearing

Lots of Chaos still happening next door and the closer it gets to the court date the usual antics are taking place- its clear my next door neighbor (Crosnoe) & her friends are not done causing me grief- they keep pushing boundries & flat out violating the TRO- in hopes of getting me to respond- & are "lying in wait" ... The Restraining Order Hearing against my neighbor is scheduled for Tuesday 7-16-2024 at the Ventura County Superior Court at 2pm in RM 34- Hopefully there will be no more postponements, delays or sudden illnesses. There have been 3 postponements so far.... & my neighbors attorney is now trying to get me to consider "Dissolving the request for the RO against my neighbor &/or agree to another postponement...." Its been 7 years of my having to fend off the actions of my neighbor- 7 years of replacing property damaged by my neighbor & her friends. 7 years of court dates due to having to sue for the damages. 7 years of being required to save "Proof" for the court. 7 years of my being required to save all paperwork. 7 years of prepping for this hearing.... I currently have a TRO- (temporary restraining order) & its been helpful keeping my neighbor from further destroying my property- but then she filed ANOTHER false restraining order against me right after I removed the lien on her house from the last false Elder Abuse Case she filed against me- & now - she wants me to 'make a deal to avoid litigation" Translation: She doesn't want to be put on the witness stand & she doesn't want the Judge to see the videos or see the police reports. I want the hearing to take place- even if the Judge does not grant me the permanent order - I want the opportunity to show the Judge what I've been contending with & have it on record. I want to hold my neighbor accountable- I deserve to get some answers as to WHY my neighbor & her friends all feel they need to harrass me & destroy my fences, my cameras, my lighting -I'm not related to Crosnoe, I'm not in a relationship with her, I do not rent a room from her- I'm just her neighbor & I've never done anything to her. I'm not required to know her - much less deal with her on a daily basis in a negative manner - to the degree it affects my home life, my work life & my finances. Yes- I have my list of Questions ready to go for the moment I put her on the witness stand... Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe Mutual Restraining Order Filed!

Ugh!!!! I'm so tired of being forced into a courtroom due to the actions of my neighbor from hell...- Its been 7 years - 4 cases- of my being REQUIRED to PROVE the actions of my neighbor (destruction of my property multiple times)- and my being forced to DISPROVE the false accusations my neighbor is allowed to just write down on a piece of paper... then being REQUIRED to PROVE once again I deserve to be compensated- then having to prove Breach of Contract... now currently trying to prove I deserve a permanent restraing order against my neighbor to end the non stop harrassment/ destruction of my property & false allegations on court documents to obtain court dates... which is scheduled for 4-29-2024 in the Ventura County Superior Court at 1:30pm- I've had a temporary restraining order in effect since 12-28-23 until the trial part can take place on 4-29-2024... and at the last hearing & request for continuence by Crosnoe on 2-21-2024- The Commissioner stated I needed to exchance "evidence" with her attorney Scott Bentley on or before 3-29-2024.... I of course complied with that order - (I sent him a USB with videos & even a bag of pop corn to snack on ) but Bentley did not... I called him 4 times inquiring where was my court mandated exchange of evidence.. & he never returned my call. I got a call on Thursday 4-18-24 & he stated he was filing a restraining order against me on behalf of Crosnoe... I asked him on what grounds - as clearly I have not even spoken to her in almost 2 years... & his response was you will get that info when you get served! - I call my lawyer (who I just released from the civil case as it is over) & he informed me that the mutual restraining order case will not and can not be heard on the 29th as Bently was required to file it 10 days ago & I am required to be properly served.... I woke up this morning to the notice on the Ventura County Superior Courthouse that an "Ex-Parte" hearing took place yesterday & another hearing is scheduled to be heard on 5-13-2024 regarding Crosnoe seeking a restraining order. Translation: I need to somehow put an end to this insanity- when I get to court on 4-29-2024 I need to convince the Judge to vacate that 5-13-24 hearing &- I need to prove my neighbor needs a permanent restraining order . My neighbor has been the primary aggressor for the last 7 years- & - I've been in defense mode... I've never done anything to my neighbor- not once in these last 7 years of needing to replace my fence 4 times... & being harrassed by her/ her friends / her tenants... & being forced to attend 7 years of court dates & spending $1,000's of dollars.. have I ever retaliated/ nor have I ever hit her.... 2023 has been a rough year contending with the next door neighbor in the Court trying to collect the money owed from the 3 previous court cases... & at the same time- putting up with her & her friends harrassing me daily, destroying my property weekly... + 23 police visits & tons of paperwork- its been 6 years now that I've been stuck in the court system & no ability to stop my neighbor & her friends from the daily grief they love to bestow upon me. The police told me I need to get a civil restraining order.... so- after filling out printing, & filing the required 500 pages of documents... + 1 Zoom Court meeting- I am ending 2023 with a temporary restraining order against my neighbor. ...
