Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- 4-29-2024 Court Date Gets Postponed...

UGH!!!!! - Kelly Vs Crosnoe Court Cases - the theme is Continuences, Delays, Postponements... what happened to the "you're entitled to a speedy trial"???? My neighbor has kept me in the court system for almost 7 yrs now... I do not understand how she keeps getting the continuences... Not once have I ever asked for a continuence or a delay during these court cases. The Restraining Order Hearing that was scheduled on 4-29-2024 - did not transpire... the 1st words out of her lawyers mouth was "We need a continuence your honor" - I tried to say NO I am ready here and now... but alas- it was continued to 7-16-2024 at 2pm ... on the bright side: the TRO against my neighbor was also extended till that date... so- even if I am not granted the Permanent Order that I am seeking- at least I've had it in place for 6 months & my neighbor & her friend John still have to refrain from destroying my fence, my cameras & my lighting. :-D Oh & the icing on the cake???
