Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe, Davies & Matteson (updates)

Here is some updates RE: January 2025 filled with 4 court dates- (Kelly Vs. Davies- 1-6-25 small claims- Crosnoes tenant) (Crosnoe Vs. Kelley- 1-13-2025 small claims-) (Kelly Vs Matteson- 1-22-2025 Restraining Order Hearing) & 5 days after that hearing- (Kelly Vs Matteson 1-27-2025 Small Claims) Long story short- 2 down 2 to go... Miss Ruby Tuesday- The History Of The Crosnoe Circus Clowns

Living next to the Crosnoe Circus- I've entailed the Clowns & all the Flying Monkeys for the last 25 years... I put up with all the crazy antics- did my best to ignore the onslaught of riff raff moving in & out - & the daily police visits... In 2016 Crosnoe sent me a letter demanding I buy her a new fence under the "Good Neighbor Clause" - I wrote back "No- I will NOT buy you a new fence- you are NOT a good neighbor & I am NOT required to buy you one- I will build my own fence on my property & you can deal with your fence at your convience" - I then erected a fence on this property to hide the view of all the trash in her yard & create some much needed privacy- Crosne was pissed & wrote another letter stating "She did NOT give me permission to build a fence & I am NOT a professional" - (thankfully I was smart enough to save those letters) - Crosnoe then went on a tirade in the middle of the night digging under my fence- (this house is on a hill-) - over the next few months I noted my fence was leaning towards her yard below me... (as you will see) when I saw all the holes under the wood- I thought maybe gophers... I set up the trail cams ... & saw hands!- Crosnoe had to go past HER fence to get to MY fence!- I called the police & was told it was civil & I needed to sue- I did- & prevailed- which began the next 7 years of court dates & non stop malicious attacks which included destruction of 2 more fences , security cameras & lighting... by the Crosnoe Circus... the Clowns & Flying Monkeys - which required me to get a restraining order... All & All I have endured 4 "Kelly Vs Crosnoe" Court Cases- I prevailed in all 4 cases "Facts Over Fiction" "TruthPrevails" "Good Vs Evil This is the 1st installment of many compilations of videos I compiled for "The History Of The Crosnoe Circus" - it is the videos I saved &/or needed to show in court over the last 7 years... Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Commissioner Julia Snyder Turns Judgment Creditor Into...

yes- court was rough yesterday- & Commissioner Julia Snyder appearantly isn't ready to end the Kelly Vs Crosnoe Small Claims case just yet... - it appears Commissioner Snyder wants to punish me further for being the Judgment Creditor (Plaintiff) & trying to collect the money owed by the Defendant Judgment Debtor (Crosnoe)- Snyder turned me into the "Judgment Debtor on 6-3-2024- ordering me to pay $888.80 + Overdraft Fees of the Defendant- on that same date 5 yrs ago (6-3-2019) she denied me the right to see the Drivers License at the Appearance & Examination Hearing to determine the debtors assets.... on 6-5-2023... she denied me the right to end the settlement ageement after I proved breach of contract.... on 12-11-23 she falsely accused me of doing a bait and switch- but didn't order the writ of exemption to be terminated... the Sheriff did a legal bank levy on Crosnoe & seized $888.80 - Snyder falsely accused me of not notifying her (she was notified by the sheriff and by the defendant on 2--9-2024) - at the 3-11-2024 hearing Commissioner Snyder informed me- (actually repeatedly belittled me) I was "not entitled to Cost after Judgment (F ees paid to the Court) or the 10% interest after 7 years of maintaing/financing the payment history of the Defendant- & I was only entitled to collect $405 balance from the settlement agreement. - I accepted that in order to end the case.- my lawyer accpted it as well.- I got the $405.80 (actually $408.89) as the Court still honered the Interest I was entitled to. I removed the lien from Crosnoes property- & she filed a demand that I reimburse her the $888.80 + overdraft fee of $125.00 bringing the total to $1013.08 - ... Yesterday I threw $873.00 (what I received from the Sheriff) at Crosnoe since I was not allowed to speak as Syder told me I would be held in Contempt of Court- so I tossed the cash & walked out of the room.- Today the minutes reflect the money was received by the defendant ... but I still OWE $140.00!!!!!!!!!! - Seriously???? - I sued for $1,500- spent 7 years trying to collect & spent over $3,200 in court fees & sheriff fees & other fees & Snyder Required I give that money to the Defendant & rather than tell the defendant "you got $873.00 - its been 7 years - lets just go ahead & this case" - her response was - "Lets make the Plaintiff suffer even more for trying to hold you accountable for destroying her property... she still owes you $140.00 " Its not my imagination- Commissioner Julia Snyder wants to punish me for asking her to recuse herself based on obvious bias against me & my efforts to collect the Judgment. I'm gonna go give the $140.00 to the court & hopefully put an end to theKelly Vs Crosnoe Civil Case- I hate that I've spent 7 years being forced to deal with my evil neighbor- and I've been required to be in court rooms when I'm not a criminal- No amount of money is worth this kind of headache or stress - I have had no issues in front of any of the other Judges - nor have they had any issues with me... But- Commissioner Julia Snyder clearly has an issue with me. I got the restraining order against my neighbor ... I'm putting the civil suit in the rearview mirror & chalking it up as a total loss.... DO NOT SUE ANYONE... UNLESS YOU WANT YEARS OF STRESS IN YOUR LIFE! Small Claims Court is supposed to be simple- but- it is actually VERY expensive & entails years of court dates! Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Civil Case Is NOT Over!!!

Don't believe the hype that the "Small Claims Civil Suit" is the simplest & quickest way to settle a civil matter..... UGH!!!!!!! I just learned the "Kelly Vs. Crosnoe" civil case is NOT over yet... its been 7 years, multiple court dates & $1000's spent trying to collect Judgment of $2,500 from my neighbor the defendant... I even spent $400 on my attorney to bring this case to an end on 3-11-24 - I kissed goodbye roughly $700 because Commissioner Snyder stated "Plaintiff is NOT "entitled to collect Cost after Judgment (all other plaintiffs are) & she continued to state I was NOT entitled to collect Interest from the 6 years of trying to collect payments - so I settled for $405.00 from the defendant- (thats right - I spent $400 to get $405) I filed the Satisfaction of Judgment so the defendant could remove the lien I have on her property... & was looking forward to no longer needing to contend with the civil matter.... Lo & behold - Linda Crosnoe (Defendant) put in a court order and answer (SC-105) after the case ended & demanded I be forced to return the money ($888.80) the Sheriff seized during a bank levy that took place on 2-2-24... ( I knew about it- & she too WAS notified about it) she claimed "she wasn't notified of bank levy & was not able to file claim of exemption"... Crosnoe did not appear in court on 6-3-24- (she had another court appearance at the same time in the Ventura County Courthouse) against her tenants Tom & Cynthia for an eviction hearing (the ones she claimed were not her tenants at the claim of exemption hearing) She also sued them for $6,400 in small claims court- that date is 7-1-24 & yep- same exact Commissioner that is presiding over case... (obviously she is banking on the Commssioner giving her everything she wants) I did not attend that hearing as I thought the case is over... Clearly the Commissioner feels the defendant (Judgment Debtor) is a victim & I (Judgment Creditor) needs to be punished for trying to collect the awarded Judgments... after suing my neighbor for destroying my property & falsely accusing me of punching her in order to get an elder abuse restraining order against me. - I had asked Commissioner Julia Snyder to recuse herself from my case when she refused to end the settlement agreement after I proved breach of contract- as she has blocked every attempt for me to collect from my Neighbor.... she refused to recuse herself. The Commissioner ruled on 6-3-24 - the case is not over - & I have 90 days to "Reimburse the Defendant $888.80 + all over draft fees encountered by her bank" Yep---- I'm now required to file more frikken paperwork to challenge the order /request that the order be vacated. ... & if the order is NOT vacated... then I guess I become the 1st plaintiff in small claims history to be jailed for not returning MY money that was legally seized by the sheriff on MY behalf.... I chased that money for almost 7 years... I'm NOT returning it. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe Mutual Restraining Order Filed!

Ugh!!!! I'm so tired of being forced into a courtroom due to the actions of my neighbor from hell...- Its been 7 years - 4 cases- of my being REQUIRED to PROVE the actions of my neighbor (destruction of my property multiple times)- and my being forced to DISPROVE the false accusations my neighbor is allowed to just write down on a piece of paper... then being REQUIRED to PROVE once again I deserve to be compensated- then having to prove Breach of Contract... now currently trying to prove I deserve a permanent restraing order against my neighbor to end the non stop harrassment/ destruction of my property & false allegations on court documents to obtain court dates... which is scheduled for 4-29-2024 in the Ventura County Superior Court at 1:30pm- I've had a temporary restraining order in effect since 12-28-23 until the trial part can take place on 4-29-2024... and at the last hearing & request for continuence by Crosnoe on 2-21-2024- The Commissioner stated I needed to exchance "evidence" with her attorney Scott Bentley on or before 3-29-2024.... I of course complied with that order - (I sent him a USB with videos & even a bag of pop corn to snack on ) but Bentley did not... I called him 4 times inquiring where was my court mandated exchange of evidence.. & he never returned my call. I got a call on Thursday 4-18-24 & he stated he was filing a restraining order against me on behalf of Crosnoe... I asked him on what grounds - as clearly I have not even spoken to her in almost 2 years... & his response was you will get that info when you get served! - I call my lawyer (who I just released from the civil case as it is over) & he informed me that the mutual restraining order case will not and can not be heard on the 29th as Bently was required to file it 10 days ago & I am required to be properly served.... I woke up this morning to the notice on the Ventura County Superior Courthouse that an "Ex-Parte" hearing took place yesterday & another hearing is scheduled to be heard on 5-13-2024 regarding Crosnoe seeking a restraining order. Translation: I need to somehow put an end to this insanity- when I get to court on 4-29-2024 I need to convince the Judge to vacate that 5-13-24 hearing &- I need to prove my neighbor needs a permanent restraining order . My neighbor has been the primary aggressor for the last 7 years- & - I've been in defense mode... I've never done anything to my neighbor- not once in these last 7 years of needing to replace my fence 4 times... & being harrassed by her/ her friends / her tenants... & being forced to attend 7 years of court dates & spending $1,000's of dollars.. have I ever retaliated/ nor have I ever hit her.... Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe Civil Case Is Finally Over!!!

yay!!! I'm happy to announce - after almost 7 years of required Court dates for the small claims civil case involving the neighbor from hell (Linda Crosnoe) who willfully destroyed my fence, lighting & cameras... & who willfully filed a false elder abuse case against me causing me to sue for damages etc... ( & who currently has a restraining order in effect to keep her away from me & my property...) is over- - yes- the civil case has ended- it was a rough ending- from the very beginning of the hearing- my neighbor pulled one of her infamous fake "medical emergency" to stall the hearing right after she learned my lawyer was appearing via court call- she started puking & stating she was just getting over Covid- I know it was fake because she IS my next door neighbor & I've seen her & her friend John outside all week- even the night before they were along my fence talking about "when court is over- we need to block her cameras & her lights" after sitting on the bench for another hour while my neighbor had everyone cater to her fake medical issue- The Commissioner once again called us up... and the 1st words out of my neighbors mouth was "I thought no lawyers were allowed in small claims" (Lawyers ARE allowed after Judgment) The bottomline: I had to waive ALL the court cost incurred over the last 6 years during the collection process, ALL the sheriff fees, ALL the interest - & settle for the remaining $405 left on the settlement agreement- (& don't even get me started on all the hours invested in filling out forms, printing out forms, running to the post office, postage, beating required timelines) I could've saved my self a lot of money, time & stress just by not trying to collect the money my neighbor owes me.... Commissioner Julia Snyder - who I had asked to recuse herself due to prejudice & refused- who is currently in the lead for Judge in Ventura County & who I voted for- in hopes she wins & is required to vacate that seat at the Simi Valley Courthouse- stated "I had signed a settlement agreement with the defendant & therefore I'm NOT entitled to collect ANY cost incurred...- nor am I allowed to claim ANY of the cost attached to the writ of execution because she did not AUTHORIZE my right to collect from the defendant-she only authorized my right to collect from defendants #2 Remy Hutchins & defendant #3 Kathleen Curtis- I pointed out the clerk is the one who issued that writ & she should mad at her own clerk- not me-- next thing I know- I'm surrounded by bailiffs like I'm the bad guy - My lawyer jumped in over the phone & stated -"we accept whatever terms required to end this case today" - I then blurted out- "can the defendant write that check today & give it to the bailiff?" - again the Commissioner told me to "quit talking Ms. Kelly" (and the bailiffs surrounded me again) and of course- my neighbor who miraculously is feeling much better states "I didn't bring my checkbook sorry" - & then my personal favorite- "Can I put it on my credit card"??? - (I've been requesting she be required to put the Judgment on her credit card for the last 6 years!!!!!) yes- it was at that point - I blurted out - whatewver it takes to end this nightmare- oh & here is the satisfaction of Judgment form .... my lawyer interjected with "DO NOT give that form over until the money is received" - The Commissioner told the defendant (my neighbor) to put the payment on her credit card & file it with the court... and then told me the court would send me the payment & then I will need to fork over the $89.00 fee to remove the lien from my neighbors property.... - after that I told my lawyer who was still on the phone listening that I was leaving - & would call him later... & proceeded to walk out - As I left the courtroom & noted the other people still in the room- I loudly stated- "I think everyone here today just witnessed why you Do NOT want to sign that settlement agreement with the defendant" yes- I will be ordering that audio! yes- sometimes the BEST way to end a court case is just walk away from it.- take the loss... rather than allow the court system be a part of your life- especially when it becomes obvious the Commissioner enjoys forcing the Plaintiff to feel like the bad guy for trying to collect money after being awarded a Judgment due to being a victim of the actual bad guy.... (in my case my neighbor who presents herself as a sweet lil ole lady) Proving to The previous Judges I deserved to be compensated for the intentional acts of destruction & false accusations was easier than trying to prove I deserve to collect the money.... & in the end I was required to walk away from the money to actually end the case. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Prepping For 3 11 2024 Court Hearing

The upcoming court date of 3-11-2024 in Simi Valley Courthouse at 9am is almost here & I've been focused on bringing this case to an end... My neighbor has had entirely too much fun disrupting my life with her obsession of causing me grief by destroying my property daily, committing perjury on court documents & requiring me to keep going into a court room... its been over 6 years of torment simply because my neighbor has mental issues & isn't held accountable- my neighbor is mad I have a lien on her property as a result of the Judgments awarded in Court- and now she is demanding the Court remove that lien and remove the Judgment... so naturally as the plaintiff I'm REQUIRED to once again PROVE something- in this case- that I deserve to collect the money awarded to me! - My Lawyer is appearing with me (via court call) to speak on my behalf so there is no conflict of interest RE: Commissioner Snyder- & I will hand over all the paperwork to the bailiff that may be needed. Fortunately the law is on my side here- The lien cannot be removed until Judgment has been paid- I've authorized my lawyer to say whatever he needs to end this case... My preference is that Ms. Crosnoe write a check to cover the last 14 months of missed payments ... particulary since I wasn't even given $10 for a beer when the sheriff succussfully seized the total amount to end the case back in October. - On the brightside- regarding the other court case (restraining order against Ms. Crosnoe & her friend John) it appears to be effective- - my fence is still standing. :-D - #KellyVsCrosnoe #SimiValleyCourthouse #VenturaCountySuperiorCourt, #breachofcontract http:/www.missrubytuesday.com

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- TRO Hearing Extended To 4-29-2024

The Wheels Of Justice turn slowly due to all the continuences allowed to the defendants.... yep- during the 2-21-24 hearing ... it was no surprise to learn the defendant would once again "need another continuence" in spite of being assured the defendant would only be allowed 1 continuence... my neighbor is famous for skirting around the delay, postment, continuence rules... In the last 6 years of court dates - she has managed to get delays, continuences postponements through perjury, (I'm having surgery that day") fake medical emergencies (fainting in the courtroom) - non- appearances (I'm in the hospital) - "need time to prepare" & "I now have counsel & now he needs to prepare" ... Not ONCE in the last 6 years & 4 cases against my neighbor... have I EVER requested a continuence.... fortunately the Temporary Restraining Order has been extended to the next date of the trial/hearing which is 4-29-2024 - & of course once again I'm required to prove everything my neighbor has done to me- & I 'm required to send all evidence against my neighbor to her current counsel (Scott Bentley aka the "Saul Goodman" of Ventura County) by 3-29-2024 - I think I will also send him some popcorn to go with all the videos. I am also scheduled to be at the Simi Valley courthouse on 3-11-2024 at 9am because my neighbor is demanding I remove the lien off her property... My lawyer (Robert Ross) will be assisting me on that matter. my goal is to put an end to the Kelly Vs Crosnoe required court hearings. it been over 6 years , 4 cases 3 fences, multiple police visits, filing fees, replacement of property destroyed by my neighbor cost, millions of papers that need printing, duplicated etc.... I'm done! I'm not a criminal... Miss Ruby Tuesday Kelly Vs Crosnoe Future Court Dates - Again!


I guess I spoke too soon.... even tho I've accepted the fact my neighbor does not want to pay the money owed on the civil matter that has been in the court system for over 6 years & I accepted the fact the Commissioner in that case does not want to recuse herself from the case.... I even obtained a temporary restraining order against my neighbor to prevent her (& her friend John) from further destroying my property out of anger that I have a Judgement lien on my neighbors property..... I even handed the headache over to my lawyer.... & Yes- I knew I had the upcoming court hearing on 2-21-24 at 8:30 - because as usual my neighbor "needed a continuence" RE: proof she doesn't deserve a restraining order- as I AM seeking a civil restraining order for at least a year (I do not want to replace another fence!).... well - it turns out - after that hearing on 1-17-24 took place.... my neighbor ran to the clerks office & put in for another court date RE: the ongoing civil case & she demands the Commissioner forces me to remove that lien & "she can prove she only owes $300!".. (clearly not only is she bad at spelling---- she is also bad at math- ) so yep- there is now a court date on 3-11-24 - in front of the Commissioner who will not recuse herself. - & I did say there is no law that states I am required to appear- - I have no desire to see the defendant- nor be afraid to speak in front of the Commissioner who feels my need to see the defendants Drivers License was irrelevant to accepting a check from the defendant- & my need to end that settlement agreement was irrelevant- in spite of proving Breach Of Contract-& the defendant is not required to prove her claims to exemption after the sheriff seized the entire amount to end the case & I proved she has renters.... No desire to deal with either the defendant or the Commisioner - both have shown their true colors regarding how they have no regard for me. I'm done jumping through all the legal hoops being required of me- only to land in the same spot - the defendant gets everything for FREE & doesn't have to abide by any laws or be held accountable. I proved she destroyed my property- & I proved she lied claiming I assaulted her... the fact I now have to prove I deserve to collect the Judgement has convinced me... - I should've just beat the crap out of her the 1st time she destroyed my fence... but because I chose to call the police - & was told- "sorry this is a civil matter" & "she has mental issues so we can't arrest her"... "You have to sue her in Court" Here I am 6 years later - 4 court cases later... 3 Fences later, 1 false Elder Abuse case later, multiple police calls, multiple lighting, cameras & youtube videos for back up proof- basically- almost $10,000 between property replacement & court fees, postal fees, printing fees, etc...- yeh- I should've just given her a reason to leave me alone.- it would'be been a lot cheaper & at the most 1 court case! ok- ok- I'm tired of having to go to Court over money... I'm tired of having to spend money to collect the money owed to me for the intentional acts against me & my property- as a result of my next door nighbor - I'm tired of all the paperwork- - I've never had to work so hard to get money! - the original Judgement was for $1,650.00 I've spent more than that trying to collect... & that doesn't even include all the fences & I've had to replace- while trying to collect for the 1st fence she destroyed... 6 frikken years I've been dealing with this headache. I wish the police still arrested people instead of deeming "destruction of property" & "committing perjury on court documents" a civil matter - forcing the victims to sue in civil court... I'm also tired of being told "I need to feel sorry for her because she has mental issues" - I know a few people with bonafide mental issues- & none of them intentionally cause others grief... much less daily. My lawyer will be appearing on my behalf- on 3-11-24 - I told him to say whatever he needs to say to end the Kelly Vs Crosnoe Civil Case... Its no secret my crazy neighbor LOVES any excuse to be in a courtroom... its no secret she commits perjury just to gain access to a court hearing. its no secret she is legit 5150 (crazy) and- as her neighbor I've been forced to deal with her in the court system for over 6 yrs now... due to her obsession with me & her constant attacks on me & my family... along with her intentional destruction of my property / theft of my property.. and employing/soliciting others to assist her in her attacks on me. The Simi PD refuse to arrest her in spite of the $1,000's she has cost me- always stating it is a "civil matter". - I've endured 6 yrs in the court system - 3 Judges ruled in my favor after I was forced to prove not only what my crazy neighbor & her friends have done- but also the amount of money I had to spend to repair the damages or the legal fees I encountered when I had to disprove the false allegations of assaulting her. - Now I'm required to prove I DESERVE to collect the money that 3 Judges ruled I deserved to collect!- against the 3 defendants (Linda Crosnoe, Remy Hutchins & Kathleen Curtis) - Why am I now laughing???? My crazy neighbor is now DEMANDING that the court force me to REMOVE THAT LIEN on her property that I legally obtained! She put in that demand 2 days after she & her fave circus clown John destroyed my fence in the front yard.! Seriously- my 1st instinct was to laugh- but then I immediately called my lawyer-- he assured me the Judge cannot force me to remove the lien as the Abstract of Judgement was obtained legally & it includes 3 defendants- worse case scenario: my crazy neighbor could file bankruptcy- which may or may not prevent me from collecting from HER- but there are 2 other defendants & my judgement clearly states under the Joint/Several defendants rule- "all 3 defendants are equally liable for the full amount - in the event defendant #1 does not pay- defendants 2 & 3 can be collected from- $400 from this one- $200 from that one... or the full amount from ANY one defendant" So- yeh- my neighbor is trying to manipulate the courts again... the problem is- it requires ME to draw up a bunch of paper work in a timely matter - to respond - which of course requires me to go buy printer ink again! #KellyVsCrosnoe #neighborfromhell #SimiVallyCourthouse missrubytuesday.com

Miss Ruby Tuesday-Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Breach Of Contract- Complaint To Jud...

again... the Justice System makes it difficult on the Victim/Plaintiff in the court procedures... & favors the criminal/defendant- in turn forcing the victim/plaintiff to keep filing paperwork, forms & adhere to timelines- Its a full time job dealing with the legal requirements of being victimized by criminals.- & to add insult to injury the victim/plaintiff after jumping through all the hoops of the legal arena- The Judge/Commissioner can still "Deny" the Victim/Plaintiff/Judgement Creditor an explanation as to the decision to refuse to end a contract after breach of contract was proven.- & as the victim/plaintiff/judgement creditor... I am now required to file even more paper work /forms aka- the complaints to the Judiciary Committee & the Grand Jury. - Ugh- its become obvious as I enter the 7th year of being stuck in the court system against my crazy neighbor- that this headache isn't going away anytime soon. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Prepping For Court Hearing 6-5-2023

Currently prepping for Court on Monday morning (6-5-2023 9am) at the East County Courthouse in Simi Valley.... After my neighbor was granted the delay of the 5-1-2023 Breach Of Contract Hearing for the "surgery" she needed... I've had the opportunity to get more prepared for our hearing- & of course my cost.... will be added. a new tenant is moving in today at the Crosnoe Circus... so maybe that means she can pay off that debt. My goal on Monday is to show the Judge that my request to end that Settlement Agreement is valid. - & qualifies for termination. I've endured 3 yrs of Late Payments, No Payments, Continued Acts Of Harrassment, Continued Destruction Of My Property, Her Soliciting Others To Harrass Me... and... she also recently- committed perjury to file another false Elder Abuse case against her tenant David Alexander who I needed to help while he was drug through the court system for over 6 months due to her false allegations...which was dismissed.- (he too will be suing her) Seriously- I need to convince the Judge to release me from being required to be involved with my crazy neighbor on ANY level. - Its been over 6 yrs- 3 court cases- I prevailed in all 3... there is NO legitimate reason for me to be forced to deal with Ms Crosnoe on a daily basis- I'm not her tenant, I'm not her relative & I'm not in a relationship with her- I am just her neighbor- yet here I am begging the courts to release me from the daily torture. Miss Ruby Tuesday-Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Case Delayed Till 6-5-2023

Arrrrrgh! as anticipated & predicted ... at the last hour before the court date of 5-1-2023 in the Simi Valley Courthouse... my crazy pathological liar of a neighbor ... aka the queen of delay, postpone, continuence, arrival in a wheel chair, fake fainting defendant.... needs a postponement due to her "emergency" fake surgery she needs to have- I swear every court date we have had she needs the same frikken surgery!- Oh & to top it off- she even forged the name of the so called person who mailed me (didn't mail me) the request- she wrote in the name of the son of her last tenant (Terri- the one who lied for her about David Alexander) - & even though I never got that notice- luckily I learned via the courthouse website- fortunately I learned in time to notify the witnesses not to go to court on 5-1-2023.... & that the court date had been changed- yeh- my neighbor is a scam artist. - she is just buying time... Thats ok- I may be required to wait- but- I will be there on 6-5-2023 at 9am Rm S1 Simi Valley Courthouse - & I'm guessing that will be the court date the court gets a call stating she isn't able to attend because she is "sick"... Did I mention - she has over 40 court cases in the Ventura County court houses ... all with the same history??? delay, delay, continue, continue, postpone, fake cane usage, fake wheel chair usage, fake surgeries, fake illnesses??? yeh- my neighbor does like to abuse the court system for her personal gain.- which is why I need to be granted the end of that settlement agreement. - I am not related to her- I do not rent a room from her- I am not in a relationship with her...
