Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Commissioner Julia Snyder Turns Judgment Creditor Into...

yes- court was rough yesterday- & Commissioner Julia Snyder appearantly isn't ready to end the Kelly Vs Crosnoe Small Claims case just yet... - it appears Commissioner Snyder wants to punish me further for being the Judgment Creditor (Plaintiff) & trying to collect the money owed by the Defendant Judgment Debtor (Crosnoe)- Snyder turned me into the "Judgment Debtor on 6-3-2024- ordering me to pay $888.80 + Overdraft Fees of the Defendant- on that same date 5 yrs ago (6-3-2019) she denied me the right to see the Drivers License at the Appearance & Examination Hearing to determine the debtors assets.... on 6-5-2023... she denied me the right to end the settlement ageement after I proved breach of contract.... on 12-11-23 she falsely accused me of doing a bait and switch- but didn't order the writ of exemption to be terminated... the Sheriff did a legal bank levy on Crosnoe & seized $888.80 - Snyder falsely accused me of not notifying her (she was notified by the sheriff and by the defendant on 2--9-2024) - at the 3-11-2024 hearing Commissioner Snyder informed me- (actually repeatedly belittled me) I was "not entitled to Cost after Judgment (F ees paid to the Court) or the 10% interest after 7 years of maintaing/financing the payment history of the Defendant- & I was only entitled to collect $405 balance from the settlement agreement. - I accepted that in order to end the case.- my lawyer accpted it as well.- I got the $405.80 (actually $408.89) as the Court still honered the Interest I was entitled to. I removed the lien from Crosnoes property- & she filed a demand that I reimburse her the $888.80 + overdraft fee of $125.00 bringing the total to $1013.08 - ... Yesterday I threw $873.00 (what I received from the Sheriff) at Crosnoe since I was not allowed to speak as Syder told me I would be held in Contempt of Court- so I tossed the cash & walked out of the room.- Today the minutes reflect the money was received by the defendant ... but I still OWE $140.00!!!!!!!!!! - Seriously???? - I sued for $1,500- spent 7 years trying to collect & spent over $3,200 in court fees & sheriff fees & other fees & Snyder Required I give that money to the Defendant & rather than tell the defendant "you got $873.00 - its been 7 years - lets just go ahead & this case" - her response was - "Lets make the Plaintiff suffer even more for trying to hold you accountable for destroying her property... she still owes you $140.00 " Its not my imagination- Commissioner Julia Snyder wants to punish me for asking her to recuse herself based on obvious bias against me & my efforts to collect the Judgment. I'm gonna go give the $140.00 to the court & hopefully put an end to theKelly Vs Crosnoe Civil Case- I hate that I've spent 7 years being forced to deal with my evil neighbor- and I've been required to be in court rooms when I'm not a criminal- No amount of money is worth this kind of headache or stress - I have had no issues in front of any of the other Judges - nor have they had any issues with me... But- Commissioner Julia Snyder clearly has an issue with me. I got the restraining order against my neighbor ... I'm putting the civil suit in the rearview mirror & chalking it up as a total loss.... DO NOT SUE ANYONE... UNLESS YOU WANT YEARS OF STRESS IN YOUR LIFE! Small Claims Court is supposed to be simple- but- it is actually VERY expensive & entails years of court dates! 2023 has been a rough year contending with the next door neighbor in the Court trying to collect the money owed from the 3 previous court cases... & at the same time- putting up with her & her friends harrassing me daily, destroying my property weekly... + 23 police visits & tons of paperwork- its been 6 years now that I've been stuck in the court system & no ability to stop my neighbor & her friends from the daily grief they love to bestow upon me. The police told me I need to get a civil restraining order.... so- after filling out printing, & filing the required 500 pages of documents... + 1 Zoom Court meeting- I am ending 2023 with a temporary restraining order against my neighbor. ... This is a tale of caution to any person considering signing a Settlement Agreement in the Court House with the Criminal/Defendant.... As the Victim/Plaintiff I've now been forced to be in the Court System for over 6 yrs... due to the actions of my Neighbor From Hell... Do not believe the mediators who are assigned to convince you to enter into a settlement agreement that if "the defendant is late on payments or misses any payments that the plaintiff can terminate the contract & collect the remaining balance in full" In spite of proving Breach Of Contract... the Judge has refused to allow me to end the dance with the neighbor from hell... & has insisted I "finance her another 3 yrs!!!!" - I am NOT a bank & there is no law that requires me to continue communication with my evil neighbor who owes me money. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Crosnoe Vs Alexander Court Date Arrives

Well the neighbor from hell is once again playing her games in the court room.... David Alexander (her latest false claim of elder abuse to get a restraining order) was found on the ground December 6th face first in front of her mailbox with a major head wound requiring 27 stiches.... he had been living in his car after the police were kind enough to assist him in removing some of his clothes from his room on that rainy night of December 1st.... he went to check his mail since he hadn't been able to... & somehow required the aide of an ambulance. No witnesses as to what happened... only that a person driving by saw him on the ground and called the ambulance. David arrived at my house the night before Court to confirm he was going in the morning & requested a letter for the Judge that states I do not believe he is a danger.... He arrived on the morning of Court (12-19-2023)... I warned him that Ms. Crosnoe would panic when she saw he actually showed up & would ask for a continuence... I also informed him she clearly wrote a bunch of lies & he needed to see what she accused him of. Keep In Mind- NOTHING prevented her from dropping the claim. but alas- she is bored & loves to manipulate the court system... I believe Linda Crosnoe Needs To Be Investigated By The D.A. For all her fraudulent claims of elder abuse. Yes- my evil neighbor is predictable. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Court Date Continued Justice Delayed Again!

Being required by law to disprove false allegations in order to have a restraining order removed is not something people should have to endure in the justice system... much less be told- "the case needs to be continued"... oh & you need to go spend more money (ok- that wasn't exactly said- but it is what I heard) "to provide the projector & laptop so we can view your videos" of "innocence" & - "you need to purchase a duplicate USB stick for the accuser"
Seriously?- The court rooms do not provide the use of a projector??? - Ugh! - & did I hear correctly- those who are accused are required to provide a parting gift to the accuser???? Wow!-   Next court date is July 10th 2018 @ 1:30pm Rm 33 Ventura County Superior Court (Linda Crosnoe Vs. Robin Kelly)
