Ok - It is officially spring- I just installed a new fence for the 3rd time due to my crazy neighbor who keeps intentionally destroying my property as well as keeps harassing me on a daily basis... yes- I do have a lien on her house due to her previous actions against me- I do not want to go back to court & spend another 2 yrs proving my neighbor is an asshole- but- its time to put Ms. Crosnoe on notice... my lawyer is sending her a "Cease & Desist" - hopefully ... she will honor it.... if not- then...
