Omg_ my crazy neighbor who is paying her friend "John" to help destroy my retaining wall_ along with the back yard fence ( yes the same guy who is on camera in a previous video stating he is doing it "because he wants to & I am a bitch") is purposely coming to my security camera & saying "off the record_ I want to talk to you" - he is clearly intoxicated w/ beer in hand.
