Its now been 60 days since my fence was destroyed by my crazy neighbor... & at this point I have not seen any signs that the neighbor is planning on putting up a new fence- so- It is time for me to build a new one! - I wanted a brick wall- but I cannot afford the $13,000 nor do I want to put it on my credit card & end up paying $20,000 after interest charges....
