Miss Ruby Tuesday_ fighting with the trashy neighbor over the fence AGAIN

Trashy People Are Trashy! I'm minding my own business watering my side of the yard- when my crazy neighbor who intentionally destroyed my fence for a 3rd time by digging under it so it would fall... the neighbor who currently is late on her payment to me from the court judgements in my favor for the previous times she destroyed mt prooperty... sneaks up behind me filming me- & intionally picks a fight by putting her trash in my view... I kept pushing back over & just telling her I do NOT want to see her trash.- yes- the only reason I do not hit her is because I know she has mental issues.
