ok- after a year and a half of court hearings following my filing a simple small claims case "Kelly Vs. Crosnoe" - I learned the reality of the term "Judgement For The Plaintiff" doesn't mean you "won"- it just means you now get to go to many more court hearings... call me an old fashioned fighter- but.... it really was much quicker & easier to just settle my disputes in the ring...
