Its bright & early Tuesday morning & my crazy neighbor is telling her new friend my Retaining wall is hers... & she wants him to remove it! If he removes it this video serves as evidence in the next civil suit_ I was in the front yard when she was walking by- she saw me then yelled "Hi Darling" _ yep she is evil!
