It's getting close to that 1 yr anniversary of the 3rd fence- that my neighbor intentionally destroyed because I have a lien on her house- & now now she wants to destroy another fence .. listen as my camera picks up the audio of my crazy neighbor soliciting her friend to destroy my back yard fence & my cameras.... I went outside & said "can I help you???" I then let her "friend" know that the fence & retaining wall is MY property - & I heard the conversation-...
