Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe et al Matteson (8-11-2025)

Court isn't over just yet ... after 7 yrs... of missed work days due to monthly required court appearances due to the actions of my neighbor... her friends & tenants ... & needing to obtain restraining orders along with needing to do costly repairs - replacing 4 fences, lighting, security cameras etc & eventually will need to replace the retaining wall... I am suing my neighbor Linda Crosnoe & her partner in crime John Matteson for Restitution - Matteson willing destroyed my property at the direction of Linda Crosnoe & even took a personal interest in causing me grief by stalking me, trying to run me off the road & taking a knife to my freshly painted car... both appealed the restraining orders... both were dismissed/denied- and expanded to include all friends & tenants of Crosnoe -current & future (thank goodness!) I don't know if the Commissioner will agree I deserve some form of restitution- for everything I've entailed -but- its worth a try!
