Miss Ruby Tuesday- Still Dealing With The Neighbor From Hell aka The Cro...

Turns out being pro active protecting myself & my fence... ro reduce the non stop attacks and destruction of property really upsets the neighbor from hell aka the Crosnoe Circus (Linda Crosnoe and her flying Monkey John Matteson) Its been 7 years of intentional malicious destruction of fences, cameras & lighting- costing $1000's & 7 years of monthly required court dates also costing $1000's in fees .... I'm tired of having to keep proving my neighbor is a loon & its costing me time & money... While she & her scummy friends have yet to even be required to pay a fine for the intentional vandalism. I've decided the best way to prevent any further destruction is to remove the fence & put it in storage... I also obtained 2 court dates in November (11-12-25 for Linda Crosnoe & 11-14-25 for John Matteson) to address the contempt of court violations and request the orders be reverted to the original "Must Stay 3 yrds (9ft) from fence" Naturally the minute I began removing the faux retaining wall (as you will see) to reveal the missing retaining wall & prepare for the removal of the rod iron fence in order to replace the retaining wall... both Linda Crosnoe & John Matteson start screaming "Quit destroying OUR fence" ( Matteson does not live there - he lives a block away) I paid for the fence, installed the fence & it is 100% on this property... I can remove it... & MUST in order to replace the retaining wall... I'm not required to provide a fence for the neighbor particulary a neighbor who has willfully destroyed 4 of MY fences. I anticipate Crosnoe will request to get a continuence on the upcoming court date as that is her usual MO & she will no doubt pretend she needs an emergency surgery or some other false reason.... & once again she will get free use of the Sheriff to subpoena members of my family... even though my family has never even entered her evil mind during her non stop attacks on me.... over the last 7 years. She does not care how much money I've been required to spend, she does not care how much stress she has put me or my family through... Heck her OWN family refuses to even have any contact with her! She is PURE EVIL... & her friend John Matteson is EVIL too! Nothing in my life prepared me for a neighbor that would cause such grief... much less a neighbor who can convince all her low life scumbag friends & tenants (aka flying monkey's) to join her in her attacks against me. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Gotta Go Back To Court.... Worse Neighbor EVER!

My neighbor from hell (Linda Crosnoe) & her favorite scumbag clown friend (John Matteson) are hell bent on causing me grief and clearly have no intentions of ceasing their attacks on me or my property in spite of the restraining orders that are in place-... and once again I have to go to court... this time to show the contempt of court violations & request that the orders be modified to the original "Must Stay 3 yrds (9 ft) from Fence & NO CONTACT of ANY type with the fence or me" I had hoped by agreeing to let them come up to HER property line (for the sole purpose of doing any required yard work) & they agreed to remain 10 inches from MY fence which had to be brought in by 10 inches after the last fence she destroyed & is 100% on this property, that they would honor the agreement, obviously I knew as I told the Judge I would allow that modification but my guess is there will be no yardwork done since there has been none done in over 30 years except by the local churches, the rotary club & the city themselves. The Judge let me know if they do not honor it, do not hesitate to call the police and bring em back into the courthouse. so... the drama with the neighbor & her friend.... continues. They are both still obsessed with me, my fence & causing grief.
