ok- once again I had to go to court due to the neighbor from hell (Linda Crosnoe) who refuses to honor the restraining order- & the modifification hearing / contempt of court hearing was full of surprises... but actually not a surprise! yes- my neighbor is a pro at manipulation of court dates... as she refuses to be held accountable....(like EVERY scumbag criminal) to put it mildly- I'm now entering year 8 of having to contend with that evilness that lives next to me and who is allowed to force me into monthly required court hearings because the Justice System unfortunately is required to accomadate the request/demands of those who claim to be "Not Guilty" .... while their victims are required to just "hang onto the evidence" until the actual trial is allowed to take place! Lets say the word together... shall we? "Continuence" yes- I am hopeful eventually my neighbor will entail some form of Justice...
