Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs. Crosnoe - Prepping To File Writ Of Execution

Ok... so all the court dates are over... after a year and a half of my neighbor doing the "delay/postpone" dance- to prevent the truth from prevailing- the Appeal Judge ruled in my favor- now- I need to try to collect the original amount awarded by the original small claims Judge... $1,500 + court cost of $150.00... the time has come to start the "writ of execution" process... I doubt I will ever see any of the money- but- it is worth a try! - Kelly Vs. Crosnoe
