After "prevailing" in a courtroom... you need to come up with a lot more money to enforce the losing defendant(s)- (In this case my next door neighbors) to pay the Judgment... seriously- it would appear that the court system in itself... is WHY so many "criminals & defendants" exist... they have nothing to fear... nothing to lose... and the victims/ plaintiffs... are the ones who must continue the battle... plus continue to spend more money... even after "winning"- Kelly Vs. Crosnoe
