It's the 3rd week of August & once again the sheriff tries to serve a 3rd party levy on the tenants who reside with my neighbor ... & I'm waiting to hear if the 4th bank levy was effective... one thing is certain- it is clear- my neighbor (defendant #1) has NO intentions of paying that judgment... willingly-  Kelly Vs.
