Its now been 60 days since my fence was destroyed by my crazy neighbor... & at this point I have not seen any signs that the neighbor is planning on putting up a new fence- so- It is time for me to build a new one! - I wanted a brick wall- but I cannot afford the $13,000 nor do I want to put it on my credit card & end up paying $20,000 after interest charges.... My crazy neighbor convinced some kids to come help clear out the fence that she intentionally destroyed by digging under it & attaching a rope to pull it down- obviously- the kids would not know to look for evidence of intentional destruction- but- yep-

So- it appears I've discovered the reason my neighbor keeps intentionally destroying my fences... I remembered she tried to get "Habitat for Humanity" to do some home repairs (unsuccessfully- read her complaint on google!) & then she had that "Go Fund Me" page seeking $100,000 for "House Repairs"... well currently- HUD has insurance adjusters assessing the damages- & I just happened to hear the ball face lies my crazy neighbor was telling the adjuster... yes- I'm hoping she succeeds in committing insurance fraud...
