YEP!- - gotta go back to Court against my crazy neighbor... as anticipated the the Queen of Manipulations to Continue, Delay & Postpone Court Proceedings... "Does Not Agree" with my request to "End The Settlement Agreement" & "Demands a Court Hearing" ...so that means that date will be known soon- She is currently also in Court against David Alexander (the phoney Elder Abuse Case she filed simply by writing words on a piece of paper!) - I've never known anyone who LOVES going to court as much as she does- I mean- the average person does not enjoy sitting in a cold court room on a hard bench... Ok- I've put up with my crazy neighbor & her friends antics against me for over 3 yrs now since I agreed to allow her to make $50 minimum monthly payments on that settlement agreement- its been 3 yrs of late payments, no payments, payments made illegally (placed in my mailbox by friends, placed in my screen door- not mailed per the contract stipulations) 3 ys of keeping tabs on google docs- Its been 3 yrs of being harrassed by her... her friends & 3 yrs of her soliciting her friends to destroy my property "because- they feel like it & lifes a bitch"- 3 yrs of fending off people who feel they have a right to cause me grief because she owes me money for her actions against me!- basically I'm just tired of having to deal with the neighbor from hell & her scumbag friends on a monthly basis- I need to end the settlement agreement - but to do so... I need to first file all the legal mumbo jumbo in the court house so the Judge can make a ruling at some point.... It's NO secret that my Neighbor from Hell- who runs "The Crosnoe Circus" - loves to be in courtrooms.... she loves it so much she commits perjury on declarations just to have an excuse to be in a court room. - Currently her latest victim being falsely accused of "Elder Abuse"- is David Alexander at the Ventura County Superior Courthouse... he is the 8th person she has lied about- its obvious she uses the courthouse as a weapon and for personal gain- his next court date is 3-27-2023... She had accused me of "Elder Abuse" back in 2018- I was # 7 and- I called her out for those lies then showed the Judge she had 6 other "elder abuse" cases in that court... What are the odds a woman has been abused so much??? - I also proved via video that Ms. Crosnoe willfully committed perjury to obtain that restraining order against me because she was mad... I had won in the small claims case where I proved she had willfully destroyed my fence.- Yes Ms. Crosnoe commits perjury... in this video- I will read out loud... the words (lies) written by Ms. Crosnoe about me...
