Miss Ruby Tuesday- Crosnoe Circus Tree Fell And I Gotta Sue AGAIN!

Ugh..... for the 8th Christmas in a row the neighbor from hell at the Crosnoe Circus has managed to once again cause grief .... & I'm required to sue due to her actions - - in this case her refusal to trim/ remove that tree that flooded out this house in December 2017 causing over $50,000 in damages ... On the morning of Christmas Eve, that tree split in 5 areas in the span of 30 seconds... and landed in my yard... just missing the roof of the garage. and to think... I just spoke with the insurance agency photographer on 11-25-2025 when I saw him take pictures for HUD who financed her reverse mortgage.... Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe & Matteson 12-15 -2025

Yesterday was the "set Conference Hearing" aka where everybody determines what date the actual trial transpires... no surprise the neighbor from hell (Linda Crosnoe) & her favorite scumbag clown (John Matteson) "need more time to get all their witnessess & evidence to prove they haven't done anything wrong" (knowing damn well they have) soooooooooooo the Judge set the date for 2-26-26 to exchange evidence & file with the courthouse.. & the actual trial is currently scheduled to take place on 3-13-26 at 1:30pm. ... hopefully I will have the luck of the Irish & it will actually take place on that date ... Crosnoe & Matteson LOVE to get their continuences based on nothing and they always file appeals to drag it out for another year & we all know its because they get EVERYTHING for FREE - Call me crazy but I think if the Justice System charged them for all the continuences and appeals... there would be a lot less coninuences and appeals taking up the Courts time & my time... not to mention as their victim... I've never get anything for free & I have to pay to replace everything they have willfully vandalized & destroyed plus miss out on work to attend court.... 7 years I've been shelling out cash & being required to attend court hearings... just hoping that eventually Justice will prevail... and they will be held accountable.... & yes...
