Miss Ruby Tuesday- Crosnoe Circus Tree Fell And I Gotta Sue AGAIN!

Ugh..... for the 8th Christmas in a row the neighbor from hell at the Crosnoe Circus has managed to once again cause grief .... & I'm required to sue due to her actions - - in this case her refusal to trim/ remove that tree that flooded out this house in December 2017 causing over $50,000 in damages ... On the morning of Christmas Eve, that tree split in 5 areas in the span of 30 seconds... and landed in my yard... just missing the roof of the garage. and to think... I just spoke with the insurance agency photographer on 11-25-2025 when I saw him take pictures for HUD who financed her reverse mortgage....
