Ugh..... for the 8th Christmas in a row the neighbor from hell at the Crosnoe Circus has managed to once again cause grief .... & I'm required to sue due to her actions - - in this case her refusal to trim/ remove that tree that flooded out this house in December 2017 causing over $50,000 in damages ... On the morning of Christmas Eve, that tree split in 5 areas in the span of 30 seconds... and landed in my yard... just missing the roof of the garage. and to think... I just spoke with the insurance agency photographer on 11-25-2025 when I saw him take pictures for HUD who financed her reverse mortgage.... Yesterday was the "set Conference Hearing" aka where everybody determines what date the actual trial transpires... no surprise the neighbor from hell (Linda Crosnoe) & her favorite scumbag clown (John Matteson) "need more time to get all their witnessess & evidence to prove they haven't done anything wrong" (knowing damn well they have) soooooooooooo the Judge set the date for 2-26-26 to exchange evidence & file with the courthouse.. & the actual trial is currently scheduled to take place on 3-13-26 at 1:30pm. ... hopefully I will have the luck of the Irish & it will actually take place on that date ... Crosnoe & Matteson LOVE to get their continuences based on nothing and they always file appeals to drag it out for another year & we all know its because they get EVERYTHING for FREE - Call me crazy but I think if the Justice System charged them for all the continuences and appeals... there would be a lot less coninuences and appeals taking up the Courts time & my time... not to mention as their victim... I've never get anything for free & I have to pay to replace everything they have willfully vandalized & destroyed plus miss out on work to attend court.... 7 years I've been shelling out cash & being required to attend court hearings... just hoping that eventually Justice will prevail... and they will be held accountable.... & yes... ok- once again I had to go to court due to the neighbor from hell (Linda Crosnoe) who refuses to honor the restraining order- & the modifification hearing / contempt of court hearing was full of surprises... but actually not a surprise! yes- my neighbor is a pro at manipulation of court dates... as she refuses to be held accountable....(like EVERY scumbag criminal) to put it mildly- I'm now entering year 8 of having to contend with that evilness that lives next to me and who is allowed to force me into monthly required court hearings because the Justice System unfortunately is required to accomadate the request/demands of those who claim to be "Not Guilty" .... while their victims are required to just "hang onto the evidence" until the actual trial is allowed to take place! Turns out being pro active protecting myself & my fence... ro reduce the non stop attacks and destruction of property really upsets the neighbor from hell aka the Crosnoe Circus (Linda Crosnoe and her flying Monkey John Matteson) Its been 7 years of intentional malicious destruction of fences, cameras & lighting- costing $1000's & 7 years of monthly required court dates also costing $1000's in fees .... I'm tired of having to keep proving my neighbor is a loon & its costing me time & money... While she & her scummy friends have yet to even be required to pay a fine for the intentional vandalism. I've decided the best way to prevent any further destruction is to remove the fence & put it in storage... I also obtained 2 court dates in November (11-12-25 for Linda Crosnoe & 11-14-25 for John Matteson) to address the contempt of court violations and request the orders be reverted to the original "Must Stay 3 yrds (9ft) from fence" Naturally the minute I began removing the faux retaining wall (as you will see) to reveal the missing retaining wall & prepare for the removal of the rod iron fence in order to replace the retaining wall... both Linda Crosnoe & John Matteson start screaming "Quit destroying OUR fence" ( Matteson does not live there - he lives a block away) I paid for the fence, installed the fence & it is 100% on this property... I can remove it... & MUST in order to replace the retaining wall... I'm not required to provide a fence for the neighbor particulary a neighbor who has willfully destroyed 4 of MY fences. I anticipate Crosnoe will request to get a continuence on the upcoming court date as that is her usual MO & she will no doubt pretend she needs an emergency surgery or some other false reason.... & once again she will get free use of the Sheriff to subpoena members of my family... even though my family has never even entered her evil mind during her non stop attacks on me.... over the last 7 years. She does not care how much money I've been required to spend, she does not care how much stress she has put me or my family through... Heck her OWN family refuses to even have any contact with her! She is PURE EVIL... & her friend John Matteson is EVIL too! Nothing in my life prepared me for a neighbor that would cause such grief... much less a neighbor who can convince all her low life scumbag friends & tenants (aka flying monkey's) to join her in her attacks against me. My neighbor from hell (Linda Crosnoe) & her favorite scumbag clown friend (John Matteson) are hell bent on causing me grief and clearly have no intentions of ceasing their attacks on me or my property in spite of the restraining orders that are in place-... and once again I have to go to court... this time to show the contempt of court violations & request that the orders be modified to the original "Must Stay 3 yrds (9 ft) from Fence & NO CONTACT of ANY type with the fence or me" I had hoped by agreeing to let them come up to HER property line (for the sole purpose of doing any required yard work) & they agreed to remain 10 inches from MY fence which had to be brought in by 10 inches after the last fence she destroyed & is 100% on this property, that they would honor the agreement, obviously I knew as I told the Judge I would allow that modification but my guess is there will be no yardwork done since there has been none done in over 30 years except by the local churches, the rotary club & the city themselves. The Judge let me know if they do not honor it, do not hesitate to call the police and bring em back into the courthouse. so... the drama with the neighbor & her friend.... continues. They are both still obsessed with me, my fence & causing grief. On 9-18-2025 the Crosnoe Circus Clowns resumed their attacks on me & my property in clear violation of the restraining orders that are in place - I called the SVPD to enforce the restraining orders that are clearly hand written by the Judge pertaining to the 'no contact with the fence & must stay 10 inches away" - The SVPD officers went to talk to Crosnoe & Matteson- listened to the lies spewing from Crosnoe- then told her "its been a pleasure"- came back to my house & told me- "you need to go back to court- to clairfy where the 10 inches begins"!!!! (typical male- doesn't know how to measure 10 inches- hahhaaa) then Matteson resumed hammering more post into my property where the utility line runs... while whistling and laughing- obviously his wife & adult kids (Trevor & Hannah) have no issue with their Dad needing a restraining order issued by a woman who lives a block away- next door to his "employer" Linda Crosnoe - the woman who he clearly has taken a personal interest in -who he stalks, took a knife to her car, tried to run her off the road & habitually, obsessively destroys her property.... its amazing that the wife of John Matteson doesn't even question why he works for Linda Crosnoe when clearly as a result of that so called employment (she claims she pays him minimum wage) they BOTH have restraining orders as a result of their actions.... against me. As anticipated Linda Crosnoe & her partner in crime John Matteson are once again obsessing over my fence & lighting- & obviously violating the restraining orders that are in place... watch as they come up to my fence... & discuss their next plan of attack- it was on this date last year that Matteson & her tenants at the time sawed off my front yard fence- (to see that incident go to my "LIVE" playlist) & it was also during that time I had a temprary RO against Crosnoe... I was granted the permanent- & had to get R.Os against her friend John Matteson as he does not live with her & all her other friends & tenants - current & future... due to the removal of my retaining wall by John Mattesn & the non stop harrassment by her tenants who were intnetionally blinding my cameras & destroying my lighting at the REQUEST of Linda Crosnoe- for the last 7 years I have entailed so many court cases at the Ventura County Superior Court & had to replace 4 fences, & lighting & cameras.... plus spend over $500 a couple of months ago to add 3 ft height to my rod iron fence & additional decor to my fence to block the view of her trash... I kept the bottom of the fence clear so I can see when she or her friends violate - they are not allowed within 10 inches of my fence due to the fact they are technically trespassing as I had to bring in that fence by 10 inchs after she last tore it down on December 29th 2020 & it is clear she nor her friends are detered by restraining orders or civil judgments. Court isn't over just yet ... after 7 yrs... of missed work days due to monthly required court appearances due to the actions of my neighbor... her friends & tenants ... & needing to obtain restraining orders along with needing to do costly repairs - replacing 4 fences, lighting, security cameras etc & eventually will need to replace the retaining wall... I am suing my neighbor Linda Crosnoe & her partner in crime John Matteson for Restitution - Matteson willing destroyed my property at the direction of Linda Crosnoe & even took a personal interest in causing me grief by stalking me, trying to run me off the road & taking a knife to my freshly painted car... both appealed the restraining orders... both were dismissed/denied- and expanded to include all friends & tenants of Crosnoe -current & future (thank goodness!) Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe & Matteson (4- 23- 2025)

The hearing demanded by my neighbor Linda Crosnoe & her BFF partner in crime John Matteson to modify &/or remove their restraining orders took place on 4-23-2025... I appeared via ZOOM- and as anticipated Crosnoe & Matteson tried to get a delay- (as usual) & insisted they wanted the case to be heard by a Judge- I of course was required to change ZOOM channels to the new courtroom as it was switched to the Judge who modified my restraining order against Crosnoe to include her friends & tenants- the minute I saw Crosnoe & Matteson approach the table & Crosnoe was using a walker- & claiming she "had emergency surgery 10 days earlier" I knew she was resorting to her "fake medical issue" for sympathy- (the eve before the hearing Crosnoe was observed getting out of her car with no problems & bragging to her good friend that "I got a few suprises for that Bitch tomorrow") Crosnoe did not have me served- (as required) so I did not know exactly what defense I needed but I knew I did not want a continuence- (which she always wants) The Judge confirmed there was no proof of service after Crosnoe lied & said she had the Sheriff do it- so I told the Judge I waived my right to the continuence & since we are all here just let me know what is on the table.... Matteson then tried to claim I was harrassing him by calling him (I called in response to the fact he appealed the Judgment awarded to me & demanded I bring receipts to the trial de Novo - it was the number listed at the top of the page that states "If you have any questions on what to bring" - his wife answered the phone & told me to call his cell phone- I did & left the message "I got the notice to appear & will have the receipts"- then hung up) - naturally Matteson "could not find the message on his phone".- to play for the Judge. to my personal amusement- Crosnoe claimed "SHE installed the retaining wall in 1980 (she aquired the house in June 1992) - & she didn't want it anymore which is why she is removing it" -it was at that point I believe everyone in the room rolled their eyes and refrained from laughing (self included) & realized - no way in heck did Crosnoe dig 120ft by 3ft down in the ground to install 3 rows of cinderblock then add the additional 5 ft, 4ft, 3 ft, 2ft to the sidewalk & then add the wooden fence & not know the property lines!- (This house is on a hill-- it had matching retaining walls- the left side is still fully intact - the houses below DO NOT INSTALL THE RETAINING WALLS) - the property lines are clear- her line- the boundry/easment line & this property line- & this last fence I installed is 10 inches past the property line due to her destroying 3 previous fences- I also informed the Judge that Matteson is not a licensed Contractor- and does not know property lines, utility lines - nor does he have a permit to dig up my retaining wall.... nor did he have a permit to take a knife to my freshly painted car.... the end result? the restraining orders remain fully intact ... but... they CAN get a lil closer to the fence... to do yard work- (which has only been done by the rotary club, local churches & community clean up crews for the last 20 some odd years!) - but they still can't touch it or the retaining wall, nor can they dig under it, destroy, vandalize or let anyone else do so on their behalf. I personally feel like its waving steak in front of a hungry dog... oh & no surprise- when the neighbor & her friend came home from court- she no longer needed that walker. The "Trial De Novo" appeal filed by the defendant/criminal John Matteson (friend of my neighbor Linda Crosnoe) to dispute the $2,565.00 Judgment awarded to me for his intentional vandalism/destruction of my property took place on 4-7-2025 .... unfortantely I was not able to attend as I had no transportation... I've been required to attend monthly court dates for the last 7 years due to my neighbor - not once missing a court date- not once being late- & NEVER asking for a continuence, delay or postponement.... After being GRANTED a restraining order against my neighbor Linda Crosnoe & her friend John Matteson - & being awarded $$$$ in small claims due to the intentional malicious actions & vandalism by John Matteson- Both Crosnoe & Matteson filed APPEALS (as is their legal right & of course all their court cost is WAIVED)... the upcoming court dates are 4-7-2025 (small claims appeal/trial de novo) & 4-23-2025 (restraining order appeals) The restraining orders fortunately remain in effect pending the outcome of the appeals... unfortunately - the restraining orders do not protect my friends... the day after John Matteson filed for an appeal with the 2nd district court he & his friend Terri Gamson who is also friends with Linda Crosnoe went to a place called "Peddles & Pints" in Thousand Oaks, CA on 3-15-2025 - & as fate would have it - my friend David Alexander (the ex tenant of Crosnoe who she falsely accused of Elder Abuse & I assisted him during the court hearings) was having dinner when Matteson & Gamson walked in - saw him and started harrassing him... he then went into the bathroom to get away... & they were waiting for him outside the bathroom as he opened the door..... needless to say the police were called.- David called me to let me know what had happened & I told him he too needs to get a restraining order against Matteson & Crosnoe as mine does not protect him. - - Crosnoe & Matteson & Gamson are nothing more than evil bullies who derive pleasure from causing others grief for their entertainment.... #kellyVsCrosnoe #KellyVsMatteson #Appeals #RestrainingOrder #VenturaSuperiorCourt #CrosnoeVsAlexander missrubytuesday.com

Restraining Orders don't prevent the restrained party from further victimizing their victims by using the court system itself to continue to cause intentional grief to the party who needs protection .... I've been stuck in the court system for over 7 yrs & I haven't done anything to anybody- but- because I am the VICTIM of someone elses actions- I have been REQUIRED to prove again & again to multiple Judges in multiple courtrooms & courthouses that my neighbor & her friends have willfully, maliciously harrassed me, my family, my property- costing me $$$$$'s I sue, I prevail, appeals are filed, I prevail, false elder abuse case is filed, I prevail, I sue again due to all the money I've been required to spend proving I'm a victim... I prevail, more appeals filed- more continuences, fake fainting in the courtroom etc... more continuences, I prevail, I put a lien on the property of Crosnoe- she gets mad and has her friends further destroy my property- the police tell me to get a restraining order- I prevail- I obtain the restraining orders- against her & her friend John Matteson & I sue Matteson for taking a knife to my freshly painted car, destroying my retaining wall on behalf of my neighbor Linda Crosnoe- & trying to run me off the road after the court hearing on 6-5-23 - I prevail... He files an appeal- that date is 4-7-25 @8:30am in the Ventura Superior Court- in essence requiring me to prove it again & then he filed an appeal on the restraining order... then 2 days later he & Crosnoe both filed to "terminate" the existing Restraining Orders... that hearing is taking place 4-23-25 forcing me to once again PROVE I need the protection to stay in place!- My neighbor is a Vexatious Litigant & since she, her friends and all the other criminals & scumbags get EVERYTHING for free in the court system- they have no issues making everyone jump through hoops for their entertainment . its painfully obvious my neighbor & her friends spend every waking moment focused on causing me grief & then relish in the grief they cause... & they really enjoy the fact they can use the court system for free.... I need to find a way to get out of the court system since I've NEVER done anything to deserve being forced to appear before Judges on a monthly basis .... Not surprised to learn John Matteson (friend of my next door neighbor Linda Crosnoe) filed an appeal on the small claims case after the Judge awarded me $2,500 for damages he intentionally did to my property... he is like the kid that ask Mom if he can go outside - and when Mom says NO- he goes to Dad... to get a different answer - of course I had selfishly hoped there would be no more court dates after 7 yrs of being victimized by my neighbor & her friends- but alas- since they get all their court stuff for free... they file every appeal, continuence, delay , postponement they can & I'm required to keep proving over & over to multiple Judges in multiple court rooms that my neighbor & her friends are not nice to me - I've said it before- & I will say again- the Justice System is punishing the victims for being victims... The "Appeal" (Trial De Novo) court date is set for 4-7-2025 at 8:30am in RM 43 in the Ventura Superior Court- I need to decide if I will go- If I do- that means I have to take another day off work... & once again prove I deserve to be compensated for all the intentional damages to my property- if I don't go- that means the Judge will automatically dismiss the case & the Judgment awarded to me is dismissed as well... Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe - 12-16-24 Modification Hearing Result

whew!-- yesterday in court was filled with a few surprises...- I prepped all weekend for the Modification of the Restraining Order Hearing ... I was aware there would be a new Commisioner in RM34 as there was a "Changing of the Guards" so to speak & I wanted to be certain to have all paperwork/ videos/pictures that may be needed to assist the new Commissioner .... as I walk in to the Court the 1st thing I see is Crosnoe & Matteson getting on the elevator- Currently, I have restraining orders against both- & I knew as soon as I saw Crosnoe (the queen of "I need a continuence" would no doubt seek one) & her friend Matteson was with her to intimidate me.... After 7 years of court dates with Crosnoe I thought I had seen EVERY trick/excuse in the book for her "I need a continuence" song- she ALWAYS sings that song at every court hearing & its followed with "I have Evidence" & "Witnesses" (She has NEVER had any evidence against me- as I have NEVER done anything to her or her property- but she does have friends who will lie for her ) - I walkied into the courtroom to check in & right off the bat the Bailiff tells me the defendant rufuses to be heard by the Commissioner & demands the modification hearing be in front of a Judge- I asked if the hearing would still take place today & he said yes- but you will need to go to a different courtroom.... so we were all shuffled off to room 33 (I didn't get to meet the Commissioner)- After about an hour of my looking over my documents The Judge called Kelly Vs Crosnoe & stated she would need to take a lil 15 minute recess to aquaint herself with the case.... she comes back & calls us up & BAM- Crosnoe says "she needs a continuence cause she wants a JURY Trial" - It was all I could do not to blurt out - "Damn I thought I had seen every excuse in the book for you" - instead I just took a deep breath & expressed to the Judge "I did not believe 12 people were needed to determine if one extra sentence should be added to the existing Restraining Order" & I have any evidence that may be needed to support my request- she asked Crosnoe if she had any evidence to dispute my request that she not be allowed to use her friends and tenants to further harrass me & damage my property.... she responded with - I need a continuence to bring in my witnesses & put pictures on a USB- (I had over 120 physical pictures printed at Wal-Mart with me & 90 minutes of videos on USB) Fortunately- NO continuence was granted, No Jury was required & the Judge GRANTED my request to add "Language to clarify the terms of the Restraining Order to better assist the police" - in short Crosnoe is not allowed to use 3rd parties to harrass me & my family... not allowed to use 3rd parties to destroy my property/ my fence/ my retaining wall & not allowed to ALLOW her friends, tenants to shine lights into my security cams, disable my alarms... & all the original terms of the RO remain in effect- "Stay Away From The Fence" Hopefully- My Neighbor will find a way to focus on something else in her life rather than her constant desire to attack me.... & convince her friends to attack me- I'm not related to her, I'm not in a relationship with her- I do not rent a room from her- there is NO reason I should be required to fend off her attacks- much less in courtrooms on a monthly basis for the last 7 years.- On the bright side- NO MORE COURT DATES FOR 2024!!!! :-D #NeighborFromHell #WorseNeighborEVER #KellyVsCrosnoe, #VenturaSuperiorCourt #RestrainingOrder

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Matteson TRO Hearing Continued To 1- 22- 25

Matteson was served the TRO on 11-22-24 & Matteson appeared at the scheduled hearing of Kelly Vs Matteson 12-06-24 ... & as anticipated sang the "I need a continuence (boohoo) I'm not ready to be held accountable for my actions (boohoo) I need time to find a lawyer who can justify my actions against Ms. Kelly (boohoo)" song.... I was tempted to ask the Commissioner to give him all the time he needs provided the TRO gets extended as well- since I already know- even tho the defendant is entitled to 1 continuence - the defendant will be granted many more... the next continuence will be due to "I just got a lawyer and my lawyer needs to be filled in on my BS excuses as to why I keep destroying Kelly's property on behalf of my friend Linda Crosnoe (who currently has a RO in place) - I'm hoping my videos (which is included in this video) of Matteson in action will be able show my need for the RO is warranted- - I also have a hearing next week (12-16-24) in hopes of modifying the existing RO against Linda Crosnoe to include her current friends & tenants as well as any future friends & tenants from the non stop harassment & property destruction on behalf of Linda Crosnoe.... I have 5 court cases running concurrently all due to my next door neighbor - whom I am not related to, in a relationship with or rent a room from- .... for the last 7 years I have been forced to entail numerous court cases, replace multiple fences, lighting & cameras...
