Imagine calling the police to report your crazy neighbor who you currently have a lien on their house due to the intentional destruction of multiple fences & also told a bunch of lies in order to get a restraining order against you- forcing you to prove that you never assaulted her... who is currently having her friend "John" actively destroying your retaining wall- who admits on video when confronted that he is doing it simply "Because he wants to... & I'm a Bitch".... then the police show up & "because they are not property experts"- state- he can destroy my retaining wall because the cement I poured is killing her flowers that she illegally planted on my retaining wall"!!!!! - & that once again this is just a "civil matter" - oh & since he "only destroyed a little over $200 worth of freshly laid cement- he will not be cited for vandalism- I kid you not- I'm just glad I filmed it- as it will definately come in handy in court- I pick up the documentation at the police department on Friday which of course will have the names required in order for me to issue subpoenas to.- The last time she involved a tenant and her own grandson- I have a judgement againt all 3 of them- she clearly does not care who she drags into her drama.... she loves court.- I'm so sick of criminals & crazies being given a free pass... and their victims being told they are required to prove the crap in civil court in order to obtain any form of justice.- evil people truly do not care about the grief they cause others.- I can only hope in time Karma is ready to step in & my neighbor & her friends entail their own hardships. #KellyVsCrosnoe #NeighborFromHell #SimiValleyPolice http://www.missrubytuesday.com http://www.twitter.com/msrubytuesday http://www.akamissrubytuesday.blogspot.com

Miss Ruby Tuesday- My Crazy Neighbor Is Obsessed With My Fence!

This video clearly reveals my neighbor is obsessed with my fence- & me!- She has intentionally destroyed my property on multiple occassions & is currently trying to destroying my rod iron fence & my backyard fence!- she even employs friends to aide her in her actions & is able to convince people to feel sorry for her because- "she is a victim of MY actions" - I am amazed that people actually believe her lies- I've done nothing to this woman except sue her 3 times for her intentional destruction of my property & her intentional lies to a Judge to get a restraining order claiming I punched her - I had to entail over 2 yrs of court dates due to her fake fainting & lying that she was in a hospital etc so she could delay the verdict & I had video showing everything she did - so yes- the Judge(s) ruled in my favor all 3 times - which is why I have a lien on her house... #KellyVsCrosnoe #NeighborFromHell http://www.missrubytuesday.com http://www.twitter.com/msrubytuesday http://www.akamissrubytuesday.blogspot.com

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Neighbor From Hell Gets A FREE Fence But No Installer!

Ok- Its the end of May- & the Neighbor From Hell has had multiple "tenants" move in & out... she snagged a FREE fence from the same house that she got all the tree shavings from that she had dumped in the middle of the street for over 6 weeks & then lied to the church of latter day Saints in order to get them to move the tree shavings onto her front lawn... I have a lien on her house due to her intentionally destroying 3 of my fences in the last 3 yrs & the latest one which is rod iron -she is trying to destroy by sticking a hose under the cemented post nightly to remove the dirt & expose the cement... she keeps bringing random people & "friends" over to MY fence screaming that MY fence is HER fence... & she wants me to remove my signs... & currently she has her "friend" placing the fence she snagged for FREE against some bushes along the wash... obviously- she has no intentions of paying a professional to install that fence.... and clearly she is still hell bent on destroying MY fence....- yes- my neighbor is pure EVIL. & has an obsession with fences! #KellyVsCrosnoe http://www.missrubytuesday.com http://www.twitter.com/msrubytuesday http://www.akamissrubytuesday.blogspot.com

The closer it gets to Easter... the more evil the neighbor from hell puts on display! - seriously- you would think after I have busted her destroying 2 of my fences & my lighting... plus telling a bunch of lies to the police to get a restraining order- and- after I prevailed in all 3 court cases + currently have a lien on her house which is actually owned by HUD- she would just move on to someone else to mess with- but nope- she is more fixated than ever to cause me additional grief & to top it off- she has another friend who is willing to "help" - he is currently digging under my backyard fence on Lindas behalf & sticking a running hose under my post to expose the retaining wall!!! yes- my neighbor convinces people to do good for her while she is planning to do evil... she tells Durango Tree Service to dump a ton of tree shavings in the middle of the street- it sits there 6 wks- the city gets called- then she goes to the Church of Latter Day Saints & lies about being disabled to make a bunch of nice guys clear out the tree debris & put it in her front yard... only evil can go to a church and prey (NOT PRAY) upon the goodness of others... #KellyVsCrosnoe http://www.missrubytuesday.com http://www.twitter.com/msrubytuesday http://www.akamissrubytuesday.blogspot.com
