After "prevailing" in a courtroom... you need to come up with a lot more money to enforce the losing defendant(s)- (In this case my next door neighbors) to pay the Judgment... seriously- it would appear that the court system in itself... is WHY so many "criminals & defendants" exist... they have nothing to fear... nothing to lose... and the victims/ plaintiffs... are the ones who must continue the battle... plus continue to spend more money... even after "winning"- Kelly Vs. Miss Ruby Tuesday- Demonetized For Being Sexually Gratifying!

Well- it looks like I can no longer enjoy that little check I was getting from YouTube... I received notice that I'm deemed "sexually gratifying"  - & IF...  I remove all bikini videos/ burly q videos/ exercise videos/ wrestling videos/ along with ANY video in which I "appear to be sexually gratifying" - YouTube will give me the "Option" in 30 days  to re-apply to receive compensation for my videos... needless to say- I will not "re-apply" - knowing-  somebody at YouTube doesn't like seeing women.... wearing or doing... ANYTHING... that men might enjoy... seeing.... I'm not a man hater-  I LOVE MEN- & I'm not going to film just from the neck- up... to "qualify" as "advertiser friendly" - so- enjoy the "AD FREE" videos &- do- feel free to leave some love on my PayPal.... if you find my videos to be especially gratifying....  the link is on my personal website  :-D

Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs. Crosnoe- (Debtor Hearing) 6- 3- 2019

After paying to fight in a courtroom for a year or more to PROVE you deserve compensation... Every prevailing plaintiff/victim in a court case is "on their own" to collect the awarded damages/judgment- from the defendant/criminal... they must file for a "Debtors Hearing" (Order To Appear And Produce Assets) - That hearing cost the plaintiff $60 per defendant & $40 sheriff fee per defendant.... (not cheap!)- At the hearing the plaintiff/victim is given the chance to ask about assets & personal info such as bank/drivers license/rent/mortgage- & offer the option to the defendant /criminal to make monthly payments... unfortunately- the criminal/defendant has "rights" and  can ask the Judge to BLOCK that personal information... in other words-  the hearing in reality-  is worthless to the plaintiff & the money is spent in vain....  Kelly Vs.
