The main event took place on July 10th 2018 in the Ventura County Superior Court in Rm 33 - aka the "Menopausal Mud Slinging Match" - Linda Crosnoe Vs. Robin Kelly -



"I promise to tell the truth... the whole truth & nothing but the truth- no matter who it embarrasses" - the wheels of Justice DO turn slowly- but I'm done- no more court dates... no restraining order... no elder abuse charge... & hopefully- no more problems from my neighbor! - Long story short... I am sooooooo glad I did not sign that settlement agreement that would've prevented the case from being heard... I needed to rant... & I needed to do it in front of the Judge.

My Neighbor Is Mad I'm Rebuilding My Fence....

6 months has passed & I finally figured out how to "heal" from the wound of my next door neighbor intentionally destroying my fence... obviously despite "winning" in small claims court it was all in vain & currently my neighbor has a restraining order against me based on the fact she can "see me" on my front lawn (after she destroyed my fence)- so- I decided to rebuild my fence. :-D - needless to say she is a lil angry... court is in 3 days (July 10th 2018) - I want the Judge to see I'm trying to block her view of me...

I'm waiting to return to the Ventura County Superior Court in 5 more days - to disprove the false allegations made by my neighbor - I hope to get this undeserving restraining order removed... & I selfishly hope the Judge determines that my neighbor violated PC 118 (Committing Perjury) & actually enforces the punishment of $1000 fine & / or 6 months in Jail... one thing is certain- not 1 true word was written by her in that declaration she signed to obtain that restraining order... & I have had to spend a lot of $$$$ to disprove her lies. - Linda Crosnoe Vs.
