Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs Crosnoe- Heading Back To Court Again!

After issueing a writ of execution to obtain the money still owed by the defendant... I was informed that the Sheriff did manage to seize it.... but - unfortunately & not unsurprisingly... the defendant filed a "claim of exemption" which means I as the plaintiff am required to go back to court to oppose that claim... so yep- heading back to court on 12-11-2023- but I'm not going - I submitted my reasons for the opposition including pointing out the defendant is lying about her finances as she obviously didn't include her rental income & she claimed she is paying the College expenses of Defendant # 2 who she claimed for the last year she has no clue where he is & she even demanded the court have me collect the Judgement from him.... Don't know what the Judge will decide- but If I were the judge- I would say- Claim of Exemption Denied- it would end the case- & I would be able to remove the Lien from her property... - If the Judge approves the defendants claim- then I'm looking at another 6 years on top of the 6 years I've already entailed- in the Court System. The Week After Crosnoe Circus Clowns Had To Return My Stolen Property

Sooooooo the week following the return of my stolen property entailed- 2 more required police visits... & my Sunday wasn't very pleasant due to a verbal altercation with Clown John- obviously the clowns are mad they were required to return my property... & to show their disappointment- they chose to saw off another section of my fence!!!! - yep- they truly are obsessed with me... and average 4-5hrs daily along my fence - I disagree with the PD- it is NOT a civil matter... 6 yrs, non-stop harrassment & 3 court cases, 4 fences replaced/installed (costing over $10,000) - & 120ft of retaining wall removed (this house is on a hill- gonna have to replace that ASAP & it will not be cheap!) - technically- it quit being a civil matter the moment I placed that Lien on that circus tent- - - & she soliticited others to harrass me & destroy my property.- #neighborfromhell #badneighbors #kellyvscrosnoe #crosnoecircusclowns missrubytuesday.com

Crosnoe Circus Clowns Destroy My Fence & Laugh As They Do It

After I got home from work & discovered my front yard fence behind the taller rod iron had been removed - I checked my security cameras & lo & behold the sounds of destruction & laughter... "hahaha she will be so mad when she sees this!" Linda & her fave clown John really do enjoy themselves! - & once again _ I call the PD & as usual they state "Its a Civil Matter" - in spite of the fact I have a lien on my neighbors house from the 3 previous court cases in which she & her friends destroyed my fences... & when she claimed I punched her- when in reality she punched herself in order to get a elder abuse restraining order- "Neighbor From Hell" is an understatement- - for 7 yrs I've been in Ventura County Courtrooms being required to prove my neighbor is intentionally causing me grief & even solicits others to help her cause me grief- - I have had to replace my fence 4 times now- I gave up on wood & decided to install a rod iron so I can see when the destruction is taking place- The PD won't arrest her because she is "5150" & I'm required to go into a courtroom to prove it's MY property_ not ONCE has she been required to prove it is HER property to destroy... she just says... "Take me to court" ugh_ like seriously if it was her property_ why would I need to go into a court room?!!!?? _ that's ok_ I'm confident karma will catch up to those clowns eventually. #neighborfromhell #kellyvscrosnoe #crosnoecircusclowns missrubytuesday.com

I had a small victory- yay me!- I was able to hold the neighbor from hell accountable - & No- the Evil Crosnoe Circus Clowns (John & Linda) were not happy about having to return my property that they stole after destroying my front yard fencing... and even tho it was thrown on my front lawn... Miss Ruby Tuesday- Caught Crosnoe Circus Clown Linda Off Guard With A Ca...

The last 3 days I've been watching the Crosnoe Circus Clowns Doing their acts of destruction & stealing my property- Got off work & showed pics & video at the police station - then requested assistance retrieving my stolen property _ (bricks, wood panels & decorative stumps which I painted Yellow for easy identification_ I also requested that the police alert clown Linda that she needs to quit harassing me & trying to dismantle my security camera with the help of her favorite clown "John" - this is her response to their visit_ deflect, distract, & of course lying through her teeth. The police informed her she needs to have my property on the same curb that she had to place David Alexanders stuff on by noon Sunday & to leave my camera alone - they left her yard & came to mine to let me know that her "Gardener John" will put my stuff on the sidewalk of shame on Sunday- if it is not there call them. #kellyvscrosnoe #neighborfromhell
